Haven't received my item and it was supposedly shipped but the tracking usps number says the same thing label has been made but it doesn't indicate no shipment date and no type of good customer service update disappointing

My order had an expected delivery date of 10/24/18. It hasn't even shipped yet; as of 10/26/2018. So much for my Halloween shirt. Very disappointing.

Print was not done well, shirt felt cheap, and didn't meet my standards or expectations from the picture before I bought it, shrinks and wrinkles easy and stretches out. I would like to receive a better quality and printed shirt or more accurate description and photo of products before I buy them

I was very disappointed with the quality of the print. The picture showed very bright colors but the shirt is very dark and lacks appeal.

How long does it take to get a shirt delivered? World Series will be over by the time the shirt arrives!

Ordered a Seasonal themed item on 8th of the month and it took 20 days to get to me. Needs to be a quicker turn around. With better customer service when there's a problem. Own your stuff, don't blame the customers. Put that "custom... takes 21-28 days" crud up front in big letters. Of course you won't because no one will buy your stuff.

It was very easy to place the order and I received it right on time. Love the product and will be wearing it to a party tomorrow.

Ordered for World Series never received shirt. I would not recommend this to another person, I received this email not the shirt.

I received my package on time as scheduled. It was a perfect fit and fabulous graphics! I would definitely buy another shirt from them.

Never got the shirt, cant track it. I want my money back! I bought this to ware on Halloween, it better be here or you will have a very upset person on the phone and yes I want a refund if its not here in time!

Very disappointed, placed my order two weeks ago. It says UPS hasn't even received the item yet to go out for delivery.

Its been 3 weeks and i have not recieved my purchase. I've send a communication email and have recieved no response. I've tried to call and it says to leave a message. I've tracked my order and all the information says is pre tracking. Would not recommend ever using this company. Not only for lack of recieving my purchase but for lack of response from customer service!

The ordering process was very easy, and my package came in a very reasonable amount of time and my shirt looks exactly how it did online.

The shirts were a disappointment when I received them, the graphics were horrible, not like the picture they show. I had to email to ask where my shirts were.

I was disappointed in the blurry run together images. The adds were so clear and lifelike but tee shirt was not!

Still have not received my package a month later. It was supposed to be here this past Tuesday and unfortunately it was a birthday gift

When I talked to the person. I ordered the 2 sweat shirts with hoodies she did not full explain all the options available in regards to ordering with names printed on the sweat shirts. When I asked about it I was told I had to reorder again. That the order could not be modified. I believe that is wrong. Aside from that, we loved the items.

Tracking information was provided on October 19, it is now October 26 and pre tracking information is showing still. No shipment information at all. Still have not received shirt purchased, very disapointed
