I waited 3 months to receive my order and then it would NOT even fit my child!
Was told to send it back to CHINA at my own expense in order to receive a refund.
It's been over 2 months now and PayPal is refusing to help with my refund!

They advertised a black N95 mask, so I jumped in to order it. I was charged for it two months ago. As it didn't arrive yet, I emailed to ask. It took them a week to reply, and I was given a tracking number that gave me an error when I clicked on it. I replied that I wanted a refund (I get that mail takes longer nowadays, but my other stuff arrived), and a different lady replied another week later, confirming my address.

Now they are not even selling masks on their website!

If you want to buy from China which is where they ship directly from to you, skip the middle man and pay 1/5 the price! I paid $50 for a mask 8 weeks ago and it has not arrived. The tracker has not updated in 38 days. They refuse to refund my money. I never k ow they shipped it from China as they show they are in Tampa Florida. I live in Tampa and expected it in the 10 day frame they advertised. Now they say another 1 to 2 weeks due to covid but it's been 8 weeks and still no sign of it! Would NEVER fall for this scam of a company again. How easy for them to charge 5 times the price and then once they have your money order it from China to ship to you. They dont have to warehouse any product and charge a lot more to basically input the shipping information that you can do yourself from a China site on ebay.

All was fine. Speed, price and attitude. Will i be back? Sure, why not? Give it a try and find something for yourself

Good site with nice illustrated images and well written site. Like the way i write here and explain your thoughts in short. Company was very professional in handling our order and making sure it got to us in timely manner. Product was of very good quality and looks great. I came across a Facebook ad for masks. It was for a different company. After reading reviews and digging deeper, it looked a shoddy Chinese company pushing low quality products. I then came across ViralPow as another mask distributor. Reviews seemed a lot better and more consistent. I really liked one of the pieces and figured I'd give them a chance. My order arrived reasonably quick and undamaged. I just love the masks and it really helps to bring some life when we go out. Very happy with my purchase!

Exactly as promised! We purchased it as a birthday gift for a friend. The colors are beautiful and the material is soft. It has the dots on the bottom to prevent it from sliding on a smooth surface when you walk on it. It was a little thinner than I expected, but my husband pointed out that a super thick rug with this pattern would have likely costed hundreds of dollars. So, the quality makes sense for the pricing and their advertising wasn't misleading on that part. The shipping takes awhile, but it's understandable for the price you're paying. I recommend ordering at least a month in advance to ensure arrival on time. Customer service responded within 24 hours of any questions I had and was incredibly helpful. I was wary at first, because I had never heard of this place. But I'm glad I took the risk. They really came through and our friend was incredibly happy with it.

Great! As someone in the marketing industry, my only suggestion I could offer would be to streamline your marketing platform. Invest a little less into the numerous promo codes and such, have one shipping price per order (we all know you overcharge on shipping for more than one shirts), or have a discount program for multiple shirtsthat go to multiple addresses and such. Also, invest a little bit more into social media marketing (I can help you out!) and PPC ads on Instagram.

Price, style, quality and delivery speed... Isn't that what we all want and hope for when we go about choosing any product or company? All of these areas were covered when I ordered from Viralpow.com Exactly what I sought out to purchase! But I have to know... How did they get FedEx to deliver so fast that MY masks WERE SMOKING coming off the back of their truck?! Literally free shipping with delivery within 48 hours... Beat that Amazon... Thanks guys, I'm officially yours now..
