Very slow shipping. No confirmation email. Poor communication. I feel like it shouldn't have taken about 3 weeks to ship/deliver. Not sure if I will buy from here again...

There is no proactive communication on delivery dates when the product was ordered. Upon purchase on 12/12 I received a confirmation email that states: estimated completion time for most orders will be 3 business days. I did not receive another status until I reached out to the company on 12/18, at which time they responded on 12/21. I was told any orders placed on 12/11 would be received prior to Christmas and any orders post 12/11 would be received after Christmas. How convenient as my order was placed on 12/12. Product was finally received on 1/2.
The quality of the sweatshirt material is very low. Very thin sweatshirt and worn a couple times and already pilling. Will not be ordering again. Took a long time for shipping.

I placed my order on December 12th and in confirmation email it said products typically printed three business days before shipping. I never received any information about shipping and when I checked website, buried in FAQs it said that for holidays printing would stop December 10th so no holiday deliveries for orders after then. Very disappointing. It would have been nice to know when placing order that even December 12th was too late for holiday delivery. That info should have been up front when placing orders. I will think twice about ordering from Vintage even though the product is nice.
Great shirt just took a while to receive when ordering for Christmas
My Dec 14th order status has never changed from "being printed" since I ordered and a Jan 1st email says it was delivered when it wasn't. I have contacted the company three times to confirm my order or cancel for a refund and Nothing.
Placed an order. Then no action and no communication from Vintage until I sent a follow up memo.
I was not informed that the order would not arrive until after Christmas… when I attempted to get an answer as to when it would be delivered, I couldn't get a response for several days

The Dallas star logo is already peeling off as soon as i pulled it out of the package...cant wear if it is going to tear off...
Ordered 12/12/23 for Christmas, did not get delivered until 12/28/23. Was not happy and thought I was scammed. Fortunately, they fit well for my daughter and her husband! The worst part, there was no communication for updates after attempts.
I ordered Dec 12th and was to get the order by Christmas. Never heard back from ANY emails sent! Finally on the site was informed orders would come a week AFTER Christmas! I just now received the sweatshirt. Material very thin and emblem was so thin I'm afraid it will come right off.

I ordered for a Christmas gift. Took too long to be delivered
Purchased 2 shirts. Exactly 3 weeks to receive them.
Quality of the material is 5/10, basically the minimum of quality they could use.
The main issue is the the long sleeve hoodie has a printing issue. I have sent 3 messages over 7 days for a exchange or refund but they have ghosted me.
I will probably order again just disappointed that I didn't receive this order for Christmas.
Terrible Customer Service. Greg Stewart responded to a request I sent for an address change since the product was taking longer than expected and had not been sent. He sent back a generic email stating he could not cancel my order. I did not ask for my order to be canceled. I asked if they could ship it to another address. He was really rude in his responses and clearly does not have customer service training.
I have yet to receive my order which is way past the estimated delivery date. Not sure I would order from this company again.
