Ordered with plenty of time before Xmas, never arrived and couldn't get a hold of anyone for an update. Almost three weeks after the order, I was told the items weren't even in production yet and it would arrive the week after Xmas. Two weeks later still nothing… then I was told one item is out of stock. Not a single apology. I felt like I was inconveniencing them by asking. And I have to wait 7-10 days for a refund. Absurd. Buyer beware!

This was the notification I received for order placed on December 14,2023 and item did not arrive until January 3,2024. "Currently, our estimated completion time frame for most orders is 3 business days before shipping."

While I really like the item I ordered it was stated that it would arrive by the 23rd of Dec. But it didn't arrive until the 26th. I would not have ordered from Vintage Brand had I known that my order would arrive after Christmas because it was a gift.

My order took nearly two weeks to ship. I reached out to vintage multiple times for updates and did not hear anything back. I would not buy from them again.
It took 3 weeks for me to receive the shirt I ordered, missing Christmas all together. I realize that there were a lot of orders at the same time, but I did have to buy another less quality shirt for under the tree. I am glad that I got the shirt I ordered and am pleased with its appearance and quality.
The sweatshirt was nice but received too late for Christmas. The website was not clear on when to expect delivery.
It took much longer than the 3 days processing that it mentioned on the site. I ordered on Dec 9 hoping to get it by Christmas, but it didn't come until 12/27. I also feel like the quality of the sweatshirt was nice, but the print on seemed cheap.
