I ordered a Washington Redskins Hoodie for my son's Christmas gift which took forever to arrive. Imagine my surprise to see the pumpkin orange print color used. The team colors are burgundy and GOLD! I looked for a customer service phone number, only to discover there isn't one! I tried emailing and the chat feature, but no response. It showed up two days before Christmas so no turn around time to return and get a replacement. Makes one wonder how they get these great reviews.
I ordered a t-shirt from them on Dec 27th, 2023. As of yesterday which was January 9th, 2024 it was still being printed. Sent an email, got no response. Won't be ordering from them agai.n
I ordered a shirt and hat and was told 3-5 business days. The order came in well after Christmas. Very disappointed, I would have not ordered from you.

I ordered a college sweatshirt on 12/18/23 as a Christmas gift. I still haven't received it. My order status remains "printing". I have written several emails and chat messages to which I have received a generic response stating I will receive an email and tracking number when item is shipped. Very poor customer service. I will never place another order from this company again.
I bought a shirt for my dad for Christmas and unfortunately it fit a little snug. The company was quick to help me with my return / exchange process. The shirt is great quality and I cannot wait to get the right size in for my dad!

The sweatshirts finally arrived and they are not the quality I expected. As a matter of fact, part of the paper from the transfer was still attached to the shirt. Very disappointing.
Took 3 weeks, missed Christmas, poor communication and they're nothing more than ironed-on heat transfer graphics that will wear off with in a year or so if machine washed & dried normally!
Haven't received. No response to email asking about order. Was told it would originally arrive 12/28 and it is now 1/07. Some communication would be great
Ordered t-shirt for Christmas 2023. It was damaged. I reached out to Vintage Brand many times and received no response. I read all the reviews for Vintage Brand on TRUSTPILOT and that was a huge eye opener. Since then I went to BBB reviews and started looking at the reviews on Vintage Brand, Inc., and Vintage Brand LLC. I encourage you to do the same. Especially the one with the D rating. I have contacted all owners personally, as well as their company, multiple times. They do products for the NIL and that is concerning for me. I hope these athletes gave managers to handle issues for them and make sure they sign with credible companies. Hopefully someone will start replying to customer complaints when they send out damaged products, and if their customers don't receive their products.

I ordered a gift for my brother in law on December 14. The website stated that items are printed to order in about three business days. I knew I would be cutting it close for Christmas, but I received no update about when my order would be ready, and no response from the customer service when I reached out before Christmas. In fact, at one point when I looked up my order status, it was simply gone. I ultimately had to print off a picture of the hoodie I bought him, and didn't receive the hoodie until early January (more or less out of the blue).
I truly hate posting negative ratings but have not had any luck with manufacturer. Order was delayed. Missed Xmas. Box arrived empty. No response *******@vintagebrand - My guess is they manufacture and fulfill through third parties and don't have a lot vested. $ is not going to break me but would at least like the product or refund...
