Lack of communication! After numerous attempts to get info on my order, they finally responded after my daughter informed them she would turn them in as fraud.
Ordered 1 sweatshirt on 12-12-23, money was out of my account 12-13-23, shirt received January 2,2024! Even after the one response I received saying it would be shipped in a day or 2, I didn't receive a confirmation that it was mailed until a week later. Terrible customer service!

I placed an order on 12/10 for a tshirt as a Christmas present and my card was charged immediately. The website states that shirts typically ship within 3 business days. I kept checking my order status on the website for a week and the status just said "printing." I emailed customer service a week after I placed the order and didn't hear back for three more days. In the meantime, I checked my order on their website and I received a message stating that my order number wasn't valid. I received an email on 12/20 from customer service telling me they expected my order to ship and arrive before Christmas. I asked customer service to cancel my order, but I was told that customers only have 2 hours after the order is placed to cancel an order. Vintage Brand takes 10 days to print a shirt, 3 days to answer an email, but the customer gets 2 hours to change their mind. I did receive the shirt on 12/23, but the shirt is cheaply made, the logo is off center and crooked, and the color is completely off. These shirts aren't screen printed. You could buy an iron-on and achieve better results at home. I had to scramble last minute to get a Christmas gift to replace the one I depended on Vintage Brand for. I've been told I would be receiving a refund, but that was a week ago and I haven't seen it yet. Vintage Brand needs to use some of their advertising budget to clean up their operations processes.
I am very happy with the item I purchased. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it arrived late. I ordered it by the deadline for Christmas but it didn't ship until after Christmas. Vintage Brand did answer my inquiry of why it wasn't shipped in time. I will buy from them again.
Site doesn't work great on mobile. Has a lot of nice designs that cannot be found anywhere else. So far quality of item is good. Customer service was prompt to respond after contacting them.
The sweatshirt arrived. It was soft but very thin. The logo still had little bits of contact paper attached, and it looked comically small on the sweatshirt. It was technically the same as what was pictured online, but it looked cheap and unprofessionally done in person. They were doing a "half off sale" for Christmas, so I only paid $40-ish for what would usually be more, but it definitely wasn't worth what I paid. You can't return because they're "custom printed;" it honestly feels scam-y to me. They offered me a replacement, but why would I want another weird looking sweatshirt?

My second "order" went fine. It was paid for on 12.12...nothing happened. I realized it had not arrived, no tracking number and realized it had not even shipped. I sent an email on 12.24 and my order shipped 12.27. Obviously this was supposed to be a Christmas gift. I requested a courtesy to refund shipping. I have yet you get a response. The delay was not last minute purchase, weather related, "supply chain" issues but rather oversight.

When I received the "hoodie" for my son, I immediately noticed that it was not a hoodie but rather a thin hooded shirt. And it also had an ink spot on the sleeve. I immediately sent an email to customer service on 12/25 (knowing you were closed but wanted together it to you quickly). I have yet to get a response. I've ordered before but will not order again until this is taken care of.
