If you get this trial even if you return the lesson you will play hell getting the $189.00 cost they charge anyway so far it's going on the 3rd month and I call everyday and they tell me tomorrow, you can't talk to a manager or get any other resolution to your situation
Newbies to this Videoprofessor.com should be cautious when seeking their free introductory training video, as you will begin a long run of "automatic" orders for additional training DVDs that hit your Charge-Card without notifying you ahead of time. To cancel requires contacting them and takes some time to catch up with pre-billing training videos that have already hit your card, but are in process of delivery. You can expect to at least purchase 3-4 training videos before your Charge-Card is finally no longer impacted and your automatic orders are discontinued. It is not worth the headache and it is difficult to get any disputed Charge transactions reversed since you initially began the process by accepting a free introductory training video. An endless cycle and more headaches than it is worth. I would have preferred to have paid the full price for all training videos, than to be suckered into such a mess to unravel and stop.

Beware all you innocents, the nice man on the TV is not so nice after all. Video Professor uses classic bait and switch advertising to sucker consumers. Here's the scam: John Scherer ("try my product" guy) tells you that you can have any lesson for $6.95 shipping and handling. So, you the happy consumer go to the Video Professor website thinking "how can I lose?" Read on dear friend, and learn. Hidden in the website beneath the "FREE" language is the tiny FINE PRINT. What you really are doing is entering into a repetitive subscription service charging $189.99 (or up to $400 now) for these poor quality lessons. So, you naively order the product and then you start getting these lessons in the mail. Frankly, by the time you realize what has happened, Video Professor has taken hundreds of dollars from you. Now, the fun starts: Just try to get a refund... LOL Forget it. AVOID THESE PEOPLE LIKE THE PLAGUE
