Here's a FUN website where you can download the FREE app, and then make videos, using still images or video footage that you already have. You can do voice-over with a music selection. Takes a little bit of practice, but if you have some time to play with it you can produce a pretty tasty video right on your own computer.

I was pretty bored the day I decided to try this one out but it was worth the time investment!
