It's been almost a month and a half and I am still waiting for a refund. Every now and then, someone different answers saying « please hold while I'm checking with the relevant service ». And yesterday, I got an email mentioning some sort of delivery… I'm not even sure if it's about the item I ask a refund for. Nothing is making sense with this company. I highly suspect a fraud. They also offered a £30 voucher for me to remove my TrustPilot reviews…….
Absolute farce.
Ordered 2 metal cabinets.
Delivery address wrong, had to physically sit in my neighbours house all day due to Vida XL input error.
Yodel delivery did not arrive but did say that 'I' had refused delivery.
Vida XL then sent me confirmation that my delivery would be between a certain timeframe. Again - no delivery
Tracking now states, sent back to supplier.
Yodel say contact VidaXL. Vida XL cut me off on the phone and the online text chat.
I bought a 4 piece floating shelf from them. It arrived full of dust and grime, like it sat in the back of the warehouse for 5 years, and it was also broken, so it ended up in the bin. Contacted support, and they offered a 4£ partial refund instead of the original 50£ i paid. What a joke of a company.
Sent damaged product from beginning, have asked to return it and they will provide a replacement. They have sent a wrong product for the replacement and are not even trying to sort anything out. Worst customer service you can get.
Very bad company! Never met one like this! Parcels didn't arrive on time. Then parts missing twice! The options they gave me is that they will pay me £20 or I wait for 20 days for the missing parts! I cannot believe that they have do parts missing twice! Of course I had to cancel the whole thing but that wasn't easy. I had to book the return date 3 times with 3 different people and even so on the set return date, the driver didn't turn up! I will now have to book a driver myself and to charge it to your company! Have already told everyone I know not to purchase from them!
The website keeps loading and won't let me check my account!
I ordered two wall mounted sun shades and both were faulty. I asked for a replacement and yet again they are both faulty and now they won't give me my money back. It looked like one of the replacements had already been returned to the company as when I received it the screws were all over the inside of the box. I have lost my patience and now going through Barclaycard. The company is outrageous and like others have said, there are so many dealing with your emails they haven't got a clue. All I will say is AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE.
Worst all round service I've ever received. Item was dispatched to the incorrect address and after 2 weeks I contacted them to correct the fault and they'd cancelled my order. Then they reprocessed my order and AGAIN dispatched it to the incorrect address. Took 6 weeks to arrive. THEN when assembling, 4 flimsy plastic components broke. Sent it back and was assured I'd receive my refund as soon as the faulty product was collected. 3 WEEKS BEFORE THE REFUND WAS PROCESSED. HATE THIS COMPANY. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED
Goods don't arrive... then they don't refund your money... they keep lying to me...
