Victoria's Secret

I made the order. They canceled me. They took the money. I called, they told me that I returned. I waited two weeks and nothing. I wrote to them where my money is. They said they sent me my order. Not only did they not inform the e-mail. It is still a mess in the company. I was waiting for the money and here they say the package was sent. Fast shipping was paid. Which was supposed to be today and will only be in December. When the item is no longer needed. On top of that, no shipping status or anything on my account

Most of the items I've purchased have fit perfectly, however every once and a while an item doesn't fit well for all day wear. They are really good about returns or exchanges though, so I thought it fit in the store, but after a wearing it at home (only for like an hour or two, don't want to ruin the bra if I return it) and it doesn't fit, they allow you to return no problem. The quality is better on the more expensive bras. The "Pink" bra that I purchased, the wire popped through in the center on the left cup after only 3 months (this has happed with the multi-way and the Wear Everywhere), and I'm not a full bust, so it's not like the bra couldn't handle what was in there! Haha... anyway, all in all good, but sometimes you spend 40 bucks and you need to replace the bra in a few months (again, only with the Pink bras has that ever happened to me).

Last year I made a large order with Victor Secret and everything went great! I recived free gifts an most of my order was filled. I think 2 items were on back order an came after Christmas. This year I made a very large order an they give you codes to put in for free gifts. I put in the codes an messages kept popping up. You can't use this code with that code! I found 3 codes that I could put in together an it seamed like it worked. Well I got my order minus all free gifts. Beware of any codes you put in you may not recive them. I'm just very disappointed because they were gifts for my daughter!

Hi. My name is Afsana Khalafova. I have ordered 2 The Balance Ritual Kit. However, in one of them are missing 2 items. 1 - Hydrating Body Lotion and 2 -Fragrance - MistI have ordered from Baku, Azerbaijan. I am very upset. Because I cannot claim its as refund or reorder, or come directly to the shop. It is on the other side of the ocean. Could you kindly investigate it and I want to receive my missing items. It is so unprofessional from your side that you have sent a package with missing items. You may see it in the attached photos. I am waiting for your reply and resolution of this issue.
Cargo company says that it is the company's responsibility and they have to investigate it. Therefore, I highly ask you to resolve this issue at your earliest convenience.

I have had the worst experience with buying online from VS. I have bought from them before, but this was my first time that I had to get my package shipped to South Africa. Knowing it will take long, I received my package after 3 weeks, and it wasn't even the right order! Having to pay local taxes and duties that added to around $200 I wasn't to happy to have to go through that again. They resend my package, I had to pay for all that again and finally received my order. Great! A month later I see the amount of $300 deducted from my account from VS and contact them about it, they send me the package AGAIN! I never placed another order and worse still, I did not give my consent as to remove the money from my account. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from them again

I have been buying "Pink" panties since 2001, but in the last year and a half I have noticed the quality of the line is very poor. The elastic on the panties is practically non existant and after two washes (I put my panties in a garment bag and do NOT place in dryer) I can no longer wear them. What has happened to the line - Pink? Just last week I was due to purchase a new batch; 10 panties and NONE of them fit properly and two are useless as there is no elastic and the cotton portion of the panty is falling apart. Cost is simply too high for this quality.

Very, Very disappointed. This will be my last purchase of panties at VS :( !

This is bull$#*!! I tried to pay online with the $200 gift cards I have for a sale that is only available online. But because I live in Canada I cant pay with my gift cards online. So in other words I miss out on a sale because they are stupid and don't have that option for people in Canada, only the States. Good one Jackasses! I will now sell my gift cards and not shop at this useless store who only caters to the US. If you only cater to the US with gift cards, maybe you shouldn't sell Victoria's Secret gift cards in Canada if we can't use them online. Customer service for Canada absolutely sucks! My rating is a 0, not a 1.

I washed a pair of new hipster panties and the waistband was shredded. I took them in because obviously they were defective, this has never happened. They would not replace. Sad.

I really do love shopping at vickys. They have nice lingerie at a decent price. They got 3 stars for the panty sales... but thats it. The everyday shopper at vicks lives paycheck to paycheck. If i want a decent bra its never on sale and its 70 bucks. What? For something no one will see? Then they always want you to give them your email address. For what? I dont get any perks no extra savings no nothing.on top of that i signed up for the dang newsletter and they didnt even tell me about the 10 panty deal for 30 bucks. That is rude. They get 3 stars. Improve please.

Victoria's Secret isn't the cheapest store out there for us woman to purchase some sexy clothing and lingeries. But you cannot put a price on looking sexy, right?
They happen to sell some great lingere and all, but what some people don't know is that they do have a section that is resonable "cheap" and it also includes free shipping, along with an awesome return policy. Well, so I am reviewing this website because I believe that this is an awesome and amazing, just all around a great place to buy purfume, and lingerie, and I'am putting this website in my favorite stores list for sexy lingeries.:-)

I received the 5/$ 30 underwear as a gift. Unfortunately, the size I was gifted did not fit. Went to Victoria's Secret to simply get a different size of the exact same panty. I was told without a receipt I would have to accept redline pricing which was half the cost of the underwear. If it's the exact same item I'm exchanging it shouldn't make the difference. Walked out with the same underwear because I refuse to take half the price and now I'm stuck with something that I'll never wear. I will never shop at Victoria's Secret again.

I received garments that were clearly used and covered in a large amount of a white, crusty substance. It was absolutely disgusting. I contacted customer service and they said I could return it at my own cost since there are no stores near me and they would give me less than half of what I paid for it. The customer service department is worthless. They didn't even offer up an apology. I spent over an hour of my time dealing with customer service. I will never order from them again and I am canceling my card for their company. Completely done with them.
Also they advertise that they have plus sizes now. 2X fits like a large. So they claim they have plus sizes but they aren't proper sizes.

So in December I purchased the seamless underwear and thongs. Over the next 2 months i bought a total of 38 pairs and out of the 38 pairs I had 7 of them rip in the vagina area. I went back to the store and I was told I could get a full swap out for these. When it came time to return them I brought them in to the manager at VS and she said she would only swap out 1 pair. I told her how many I have bought and I am a VERY loyal VS member. She gave me a lot of attitude and replied,"things aren't meant to last forever" in a very degrading tone. I then replied if i am paying $12 for a pair of underwear they should last more then 6 months. She repeated her snarky comment while swapping the one thong. A majority of the time they are so rude and act like they are so much better then you. They need to get the pole out of their $#*! and be nice to the customer if they are paying $12 for a pair of underwear and $60 on a bra. Its ridiculous.
