Purchased 3 tickets supposedly for Phil Collins Concert. Paid $290 for them, went to the Concert with my family and it was an unknown band in a night club. Total Disaster. Now I'm fighting with my credit card company for dispute. Don't even click on their advertisement they are complete thieves. SHAME ON YOU!

We purchased tickets for the semi-final Champions League game of Real Madrid vs. Juventus and were able to secure row 1 tickets by the player bench. Customer Service agents responded to my e-mail inquiries within hours and when I phoned with any questions, they were friendly, helpful and attentive. The seats were amazing and I would definitely use their service again.

Could not make it for my 6th world cup match so mistakenly decided to sell on Viagogo.co.uk. Despite selling and delivering the tickets, Viagogo claim i did not send proof of delivery in time. Get that, even though tickets were delivered and accepted by the buyer in time, which I have proven to them, they now claim I did not send them proof in time, so they sold my tickets, did not refund the buyer and then charged me $103 for non delivery. Do not buy from them. Do not sell to them. Unscrupulous thieves. Amazing how they are allowed to operate with such unethical business practice.

You've been warned

Twice purchased tickets. Twice lost everything. First time for Lana Del Rey. Despite repeated assurances that tickets would arrive, they never did. Not only lost concert, but all travel plans. Last month, purchased tickets for Sam Smith. Concert was cancelled. Viagogo wouldn't reimburse me. Also lost travel plans. If you have a problem, forget about it. No one will respond. You can't email them directly and you can't talk to anyone by phone. You have been warned. Just hope that you don't have a problem that needs customer service. In my opinion, the company is not reputable.

Ripped off
September 16, 2019

We purchased concert tickets from this business. The site said they worked under Ticketmaster. Our tickets didn't get emailed to us, so we called to get them before the event. After Many hours on the phone, we were unable to get the company to send our tickets. They ended the phone call with " we will issue you a refund". The next day we got an email saying " no refund will be forthcoming as we already sent your tickets". Wow, stay off from Viagogo!

I wish I could give 0 starts to this scam company

In March 2020, I bought 2 tickets to the Roger Waters concert in Vancouver that should've happened in Sept. 2020. Due to covid, it hasn't happened. I asked for a refund, and they denied saying that I should resell my tickets. Then, I did exactly what they said and my tickets, which I've never touched a finger on it, were resold on May 30,2021. Then I thought, ok, let's get my money back. We are now in February 2022 and this company will not refund my money, even the 2 tickets have been resold by themselves. It is unbelievable, but this organization sold my tickets to another person, this person paid in full and they said that I will get my money only 21 days after the event takes place...(probably Sept. 2022)? It's unbelievable! This is, by far, one of the most outrageous (not to say worse) customer services that I've ever had. In summary, Viagogo got my money and someone's money for the same ticket (they get paid twice or more), they hold this money (invest it or whatever, because it's certainly it did not happen only with me) and I need to wait for more than 2 years to get my money, if they will refund me one day... I cannot express in words how disappointed I am with this company. I don't know what to do anymore and if someone has any idea, please share with me. It is likely there are other people in the same situation and we can act together and prevent them to do this with other people.

NO CHAT, NO PHONE: IF YOU CALL THERE IS ONLY A MACHINE THAT HANG UP ON YOU AND THEN THEY WRITE YOU THAT THEY TALKED TO YOU ON THE PHONE, WHAAAAT? YOU HAVE TO STRUGGLE TO FIND AN EMAIL ADDRESS AND THEN STILL LIEEEESSS! BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE' FOR EX. BILLETS.CA
