I have submitted my old parents visit visa request with VFS global 4 months ago and paid the fees. This is my 4th month and still the website is not allowing me to schedule the interview process after paying the amount. I am not sure why Unites States government gives authority to a company like VFS global they don't have any responsibility towards the community and service. I would appreciate if someone seeing this post would take action against this VFS global process and website.
Their customer service (charging every call to customers) and pathetic online portal to seek help. I had to pay twice as their website keeps breaking and there is no proper process to check the status of refund or new application status. Frustrating experience
Their appointment website for Italy is literally broken, OTP does not go through to emails and expires in 3 minutes, I am basically stuck on this page. If by some miracle make it takes you the payment page I keep getting errors about login in to many times and I don't even know why as it is on one log in by that time the appointment is gone. You have the rudest girl ever, she can't talk to clients politely and respectfully. It's like you are asking for a favor from her yet you are actually paying for the service. Can't believe someone can be publicly humiliated for merely yawning yet she had spent a greater part of their time outside the office attending to some guy friend who had brought her lunch
I used to work there. Senior management actively encouraged and ordered us to lie to applicants about the status of their applications to ensure no legal action could be taken of passports were lost, stolen or information misappropriated. As a higher ranked manager, do NOT trust this company. Do NOT give them your information and certainly do NOT buy their services.
I have been facing the same issue for almost over 3 weeks now and I still don't get a straight answer or any help from them. All of the agents are unprofessional, slow, and liars. They have turned this into a scam of making people call them repeatedly about the same issue and make money. It is very disgraceful and shameful of the image they put representing a country.
They charge $2.48 per minute and agent don't know what they're doing. Put you on hold and waste your time. Also says need to wait till he received email and it might take 5-10 mins. Horrible services ever after asking for payment. I WISH I CAN GIVE 0 STAR
The online process is meticulous and pedantic with the amount of info required, I got an online USA E visa within 48 hrs, so far after 3 weeks I am no closer to a Brazilian visa, they keep sending it back because of the 2 x 2 photo, it's either shadowy or your ears are not shown, really how many females have their ears shown. Anyway I tried to accommodate this but the website is so clunky and didn't accept the new pictures. This company is the one the Brazilian Gov authorised and the visas are not cheap. I am not part of a drug cartel, I have no criminal record and I just want to visit as a tourist for 6 days, really how difficult can it be.

All their processes are highly complicated with no clear instructions, websites are glitchy, customer support is non existent and they don't care. Why would this incompetent, inefficient, unqualified organization handle visas for an entire country?
Probably bribes and politics. I'm frustrated!
Shame on all parties involved - since there is no choice we have to deal with it.
How can French consul outsource the visa service to such a poor organization. They are doing it for profit nothing else, a really bad experience even we paid for the vip care.

Trying to navigate the new Brazilian e-visa website is an almost impossible nightmare. Adding a 12 hour time limit to add additional documents (after the fact, and on different emails) is very stressful, especially on a weekend (when one doesn't usually attend to such things). Saying that you will confiscate the more than $160 US already paid if you do not do (or are able to do) what they demand reeks of extortion and/or outright theft! I have contacted the Brazilian Embassy in Ottawa to complain as the website complaint form doesn't work (won't load). One wonders if travelers should be forewarned to avoid transiting in Brazilian airports. The new requirement starts Jan.10,2024. I wish I knew, beforehand, I would have booked a different flight.
Used their service this time, quite expensive for UK visa processing. Their website instructions for payment and rescheduling is confusing, so I ended up paying twice as initially they said, to reschedule, the payment needs to be cancelled first. I requested a refund. They said 10-15 days,

Easy to get our money but when refund is needed. Just awful process.
Also, I am not sure why they charged so much for bronze package when all it provides if someone to check documents which anyone can do, take biometrics and and next day air UPS. They can't provide advise on what documents are included anyway, so what's with the horrendous pricing? All that for 400 plus dollars. Wow.
It's unfortunate that a lot of consulate are using their services.
As many people on this website, i found it impossible to make an appointment for more than two months. Finally, the appointment date showed up 5 days before our intended trip. I submitted the documents, but, of course, did not get a visa in time. Furthermore, their "track your application online" service is not working at all. Inputing all required information returns the message "invalid input". I hope they won't lose my passport at least. Unbelievable waste of time and money. Looks like the system is designed to not let people travel if they need a visa.
This travel visa payment company is a disaster of bad IT, bad customer service (non-existent?), and a patchwork of systems that it's unbelievable so many countries use it.
Clueless and poorly trained staff for their customer help lines do not have a helping, problem solving attitude. Their support services are only available in local times, because someone traveling wouldn't need a different time (even though they have call centers in Australia, Japan, USA...)
I wish I could tell you too avoid them, but you can't, so complain to your consulate!
We have sent our passport renewal documents in three times and followed every single request on the checklist. Requirements keep changing and staff does not respond by phone, let alone respond in a timely fashion. Quite honestly, one of the worst run organizations and terrible leadership. A ChickFilA manager would get this place in shape... and trust me... I am far from kidding.
It's really the most terrible experience that I ever had! I'm waiting my visa since beginning of June! On the official websit says waiting time 3 weeks! So change it! You are putting people in awful situations like this!All my summer plans are broken!
I have never met so incompetent and unhelpful people as those employed at the London Goswell Road office. With zero customer service skills and a joyful pleasure in making your day miserable, the whole setup sucks, and the, management are no different when you complain.
Be prepared to spend hours there (appoint times don't mean anything to them) and then get your application rejected because you missed the dot on the 'i'!
I wish I could give 0 stars. VFS Global is a piece of $#*! money hungry company along with their website that hardly works and glitches out every two minutes. Then when you try to call to get an answer they charge you over $2 per minute and take forever to answer your questions while constantly asking you to repeat the same thing again and again to waste your time and money. It shouldn't be this $#*!ing ridiculous to pay for my Visa and get my damn shipping labels.
Very disappointed as usual (expected); they have mentioned their contact no. But you won't get an option to select misc. Services (for belgium press 1, for italy press 2 etc etc... all the options you hear is for Visas for different countries; while pressing any of these numbers they tell you can't help you since you have not contacted the correct dept nor can raise this issue to their higher ups; I know I am wasting my time writing this review as they never will see this. On top you can't book any of their Australian centers online through their website. Such a pain!
I don't understand why Government of India picks crap services like this. I submitted the application three days ago for new OCI. My credit card was charged but I am unable to retrieve the mailing labels. Even the completed application is missing. I have been sending emails since there is a charge for calling them. No response to any of those. I finally gave up and called them. They tell me it's escalated but there is no update. It's been three days. The website randomly fails to load. I can't move forward with my application unless they resolve the technical issue. Not sure how many others are stuck in this situation.
