I bought a Simply Vera handbag. Within 2 weeks the faux leather was peeling away at the top. I will not be recommending them to anyone shopping for them. A total waste of my retirement money!

I have bought a couple of items from this company and as all made as quick as they can get them out the stitching was all over the place up and one side was longer

Problem with a pair of Vera Wang slippers. I called to explain after one month the slippers fell apart from heel to toe the whole side opened up on one slipper being worn on a carpeted floor. I told the Vera Wang employee and she transferred me to a Kohl's helpline after telling her that I purchased the slippers from Kohl's. I then wrote a letter to Ms. Peggy Eskenasi, President explaining everything. I never received a reply to my letter. I think their customer service has a lot to be desired. I do like their merchandise but oh boy if something goes wrong don't go to them for help because they don't give a darn about the customer.

Vera Wang, seems to be a ghost, there is no way to contact her direct, all contact has to be through her resellers.
I purchased some Vera Wang bath sheets, I loved the colour and the feel.
However they don't wisk away the moisture so you feel as if you are trying to dry yourself with a wet towel, this doesn't improve with laundering.
It doesn't say 100% cotton, but instead claims "composition: Cotton" but do they mean "Composition Cotton" they are different things. I contacted the retailer, who didn't know the answer, only Vera Wang knows, but she/he or they don't provide any direct contact details.
My advice, veer away from Vera Wang

I purchased a Vera Wang wedding ring for my wife almost 3 years ago from Zales at a purchase price of roughly $4,500. Since purchasing, I have had to have this ring fixed for a missing sapphire 4 times. Zales then replaced the entire ring for a new ring-same style-but new. We had to wait 16 weeks for that ring while my wife continued to wear a broken ring. We finally received that ring in June. Then, come October, low and behold, my wife's sapphire falls out AGAIN. We have not made it 3 months without a sapphire falling out of her wedding ring since we purchased it. Now, Zales is saying they can order us a new ring, at a price of $450 to cover the cost of the lifetime warranty-which I already have. They won't do anything else. So my choices are, keep a broken ring, or pay MORE money to replace the existing ring. I understand Zales is the seller; however, it is not Zales that produced this ring, and therefore not their responsibility to make things right with the customer. I am highly disappointed and frankly irate at the poor quality of this design. Including travel time to and from Zales to drop off and pick up a ring 5 times, the price of the ring AND interest on the ring that I have been paying even though I don't have a fully intact ring, I am out over $6,500. This is unacceptable.

I've been using this perfume for ages and this is the one for me! Very feminine and gentle. I get a lot of compliments from guys saying that they love the way I smell. I never get compliments like that when I wear Chanel.

Please do not waste your money. This not true to what it looks like in the pic on the site. I bought the top in large I had to give it away to someone much smaller than a large. Not very happy at all. I should have listened to my roommate's recommend to buy from mileyshouse.com.

My fiancé bought me a Vera Wang engagement ring & in 3 months we already lost a diamond. Too expensive to be loosing diamonds so quick:-/ Kay's Jewelers said it would take 2 months for me to get it back once the diamond has been replaced. It took 3 months to get it in the first place due to it being special ordered. I'm not happy:-( I expected better quality.

I actually adore this brand, cannot really afford their produce but i like to create pieces inspired by their style.

Little on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for. Been a customer for many years and have never been disappointed. Sticker shock, yes.

Bought a Vera Wang multi coloured windcheater recently, wore twice, already balling down arms and sides. Washed it, was worse, balling all over. Very disappointed with product. Bought from Harris Scarffe Shepparton.

If you can afford it, there is just no better designer. Their boutique is fabulous. I only wish you could do more online.

I have multiple pairs of shoes. The first pair I bought I fell in love with! So I went and purchased more shoes of course. However, after wearing the shoe 2 times the heel broke. I didn't make a big deal out of it. It was almost 2 weeks I had the shoes so I exchanged them for the same pair. Day 1 of wearing the exchanged pair and the black piece at the bottom broke off exposing the metal piece. I became a little annoyed at this point. So I exchanged them once again. Only to take them out of the box, put them on, walk into my kitchen to pour a cup of coffee before heading out the door and the black piece on the heal brakes yet again! I have been trying to contact customer service for several weeks. I am unable to wait during the work day so I have sent 3 emails giving the description of the show and the persistent issue I have with the model. It's been weeks and I have not heard from customer service. I am disgusted with this company. So this evening! Guess where the heels have been placed. In the Trash wear they belong! I am typically obsessed with Vera Products. Today that has changed. I'm thankful my husband hasn't replaced my stolen wedding ring with the Vera love collection ring. Had I not just washed this Vera bedding I would have returned it. I have never been so disappointed with a product.

But shirt and get it home fit good till wash it went out of shape and was not same size after the correct wash.

Please, make some change!

Better than alibaba as I can use my amex card with all merchants and collect points and better piece of mind with the buyer protection just love it i will be useing it a lot more. Thanks hesimple
