Venum

Purchased items using their sizing chart and they arrive totally different sizes. Asked to exchange to better size and was given a form response saying that sales are final due to items being on sale. I tried to appeal and never heard back.

I am stuck with expensive product that doesn't fit. Terrible customer service and communication.

Venum refuses to respond to any emails. The only way to reach anyone was their live chat service. I have returned a pair of shoes, and was advised that I would receive a refund within 5 business days of return. I returned my package via UPS and provided the tracking information to Venum. After not receiving a refund I was advised to wait another 5 business days. We are now at 15 business days and still no indication of when I will receive a refund. According to other similar reviews, some people have been waiting for months for refunds. Further, now the live chat system is no longer available, and there's no way to reach anyone. Terrible experience, will never purchase from Venum again.

The customer service is a third-party foreign company that has horrible people skills and immense ignorance for problem-solving. I had several orders get canceled or we're not fulfilled. I never received the items nor my money back. The customer service couldn't figure it out, they were just rude and silly

I purchased Venum Dragon's Flight Boxing Gloves on Order no #******* and I swear to god this is the 7th or 8th time I have been using these boxing gloves and I found Cut into the glove casing In my last training.

I thought that the quality of the gloves was perfect, especially for a price like these boxing gloves.

Please note that there are too many fake Venum boxing gloves here in Egypt but I wanted to get authentic boxing gloves from this respectful brand and I'm so disappointed because I bought these gloves to be with me for at least 2 years!

Please let me know what mistakes I made to get this Cut into the glove casing on the 8th time of using it, I didn't enter a war with F16 to get this cut in the gloves!

I contacted them 7 times regarding this issue and every time they said that their return and replacement policy is 2 weeks and they don't want to give me any solution, also they ignored my case and all the attached images that I sent in my emails and I asked to contact one of Venum's managers or supervisors or one of the Venum's quality control managers and they always were ignoring my requests and the Venum customer service team refused to forward me to any of venum managers or cs supervisor.

Finally, I purchased 3 UFC fight night Zipped Hoodies, and after 2 months they made a sale for these Zipped Hoodies with more than 50% and 70% which confirms that they are using very cheap materials so if you are still resolved to purchase their products never purchase any of venum or UFC Venum made products with their original price because you will pay so much money for something that cost nothing.

I wanted to order a pair of joggers and a sweatshirt. Total is $47. They want to charge $40 to ship package less than two pounds when I live one state over. I contacted customer service and they refuse to help in any way. I will never shop for this brand again!
