Dealer win rate is at least 75% even when playing 5 people at a time. Everyone knows it but most players on the site are so old, $#*!ed or just plain bored that they just go along with it. Just don't bother with this site. They charge way too much for so much frustration.

Been going to this site for quite a few years.
Site has very good potentials, but, is being mismanaged.
After years and years of complaints from most of their customers, nothing was ever done. Customer Service is the worst and the moderators are nonexistent, of course they are always present to just promote their costume to the people who spend thousands of dollars weekly(yes I said thousands of dollars). No doubt one of their mod will show up here to say that they play for FREE.
Now after the last 2 years of failures, they are TRYING to do something, but, all their ideas have a bottom line of getting more money, but for crappy value.
There are groups of people who hack other members taking away their gems which they have paid for. Some of those even hack the site and gain lots of gems.
Like I said, the site has a lot of potential, but, is totally mismanaged.

Have been playing vegas world for about 2 years and have had no issues until early December when the 'site' got 'hacked'. This according to Vegas World. Seemed to be back on line and running okay until yesterday when I could not get on the site at all, in fact my computer would shut down on me whenever I clicked on it. Whatever has happened to Vegas World, seems they have been 'hacked' big time this time. Hope they do get up and running again as it is the only site I have found on line to play continuously day after day, not losing what you have accumulated each day.

This place is advertised as a fun place to play and they LURE you in with gems and promises of gem winnings to keep you hanging on. In actuality it would be far better if they were up front about the only fun here is if you PAY to PLAY. All the games are rigged to take your gems and $$ without giving you a fair chance to play or win. Winner testimonials appear 100% FAKED. Those of us long time players can't be fooled with their false ads and the endless commercials. They're making a killing here and we the loyal players pay the price. There are only CONS to get your cash for basically nothing in return. Buyer beware of any money you pay for anything here it is only a scam. Period.

It isn't fun at all. For instance: I use the exact same strategy for Blackjack as the game does, and have losing streaks 3,4, even 8 long. And my max win streak is 2. Sure, it's within the realm of probability, but after hundreds of plays it's always the same and annoying. Another example: roulette. On a 50-50 chance, the losing streaks can be 10 long, and are frequently 3 to 4 long. It's almost impossible on 50-50 for the same value to come up 10 times in a row, and for that circumstance to happen repeatedly.

If the obnoxious foul mouth players don't offend you, their customer service will. Your gems, party passes, charms and sea of riches spins (magically) disappear. And to add insult to injury if you question it, you get an answer from a mindless smart a$$ that tells you..."WE DON'T MAKE MISTAKES". This game is not fun, the people are rotten and the casino play is rigged. Don't waste your time or money. Also the game is full of bullies.

Its the worst online game site. Glitches and problems loading always after an update. Must be scraping the bottom of the barrel for programmer in the Seattle area. The absolute worst customer service. The only site where you have to PAY for better customer service and you get the same answer that it was you, your computer or something you did to make a problem - yeah right. A waste of time and money for fake coins.

I have gained a 1/2 billion and lost, lost 300mil, 100 mil a few times, gradually build it up and Blackjack just takes it all. The dealer is constantly pulling at 1 number higher then you to win at 75 - 85% of the time. Where's the fun in that? Glad I never spent any real money on this totally rigged game.
By the way, I have been blocked on 2 accounts by VegasWorld.com and CasinoWorld.com, both owned by Flowplay.com, which doesn't reply to messages. Guess they can take your money, just not your criticism.

Vegas World was, once upon a time, a fun and entertaining way to pass the time. They have sold out to another company and they have turned a complete 180. It's no longer fun to play since you will not win at any of the games. Their customer service is a total joke since they can never give you a reasonable explanation for anything. I affectionately have termed it a "Vegas World Slump" This current slump has seen me go from over a billion coins to less than a hundred thousand in about a month. My best advice, for anyone considering a membership, would be don't. If you want to play, play as a guest and don't bet a large amout.

Its a scam to make them money. Your never going to win ever. The business is located in Seattle WA with a few employs that get there income from cheating you out of your hard earned cash. Better off going to a real Casino and playing real slots at least it lets you win cash back not some crapy points on an internet game where you cannot make a house payment or credit card payment. My girlfriend just lost 200, million and it just took it all within a few days with no winning back. Sure its fixed I had a few phone calls with them and they talk like a scammer does.

Another year goes by and No updates. Same old $#*! especially slot tourny games. People make requests and VW just spits back in our face. A 1.7 rating proves it. Just Take Take Take,, Customer comes last. Shake up that team you have and change something. So a big FU goes out to VW. I'm leaving like the rest.

I was getting charged double for the monies I used to purchase chips. I keep up with everything I spend on this game and they were upset and banned me. I live on Social Security and I will not support anyone else. I think they need to pay more attention to their employees. Also, how are we suppose to get in touch with them, there is no phone, email, so we are doomed. Of course they do not want to hear the bad! And I doubt I an answer to this but I plan to go to corporate, I have the name and address. My bank brought these charges to my attention so if you need proof, I will gladly get it for you..

When people go to a site it isn't for the shills throwing big parties ~ many of us have come to know very nice people from around the *******@we don't prod them to spend more. We spend & have parties because we enjoy it. In the past few years VW has seen to push people into buying gems, isolated people with the shift in classes, and worst of all made people quite angry with poor pay out of slots. New guest, people who are VIP or ELite, and those that buy gems get on certain webs whether it be 1, 2, 3 etc. and worse are designated to certain servers; 1, 2, 3, etc. all which limit payout & losses. A sham in my eyes!
I don't usually write about sites but what I have seen with glitches in games, terrible change in music, poor attitude of staff makes it quite apparent that people need to speak out & condemn the practices of VW, OW, CW and whatever new site they come up with!

So VW has a special game each Friday where you get extra spins when you win free spins on that game. Today's game was Detective Story, I went through 600 spins and didn't get a single hit for free spins, lost millions and spent a lot of charms, needless to say ended up millions in less coins than when I started... what a joke!
