There never was any help for problems, the "help" is actually players of the game and most don't know anything and sometimes give strange made up replies that make no sense. This is because they are just players and of course no training. Few years back, the so called head guy ( I forget his name) talked stupid to me when I told him about changes in my slots and other problems. Yes, the whole game site is a scam from the guy that runs it, so called "support' what a joke as just players of the game. Billion airs who are "tight" and not only get tons of free stuff but can talk to guy running the game and do things to players they dont' like and have things done like tightening a persons favorte slot. This has been done to me a few times the point I was going back words! I was a paying player as hooked. My slots turned odd and blurry. I asked a few people if their slots were that way and got a no. Mine changed as did not give hardly any coins. I called the first few times that I knew something was fishy. I didn't know back then that person I talked to was part of this scam to rob me as some female players did not like me and I had problems with high up billion airs hiring or paying low level players to stalk me and then odd things were happening as the program was fixed to act strange for me. A few whispers of " we got to get rid of this player", then packs were forming from bribes of high up billion airs to all stalk and try to torment me. I actually lost some nice friends on there who when offered cyber and bribs changed. That was sad

I actually won a few times but did not win as something very odd would happen. One, I suddenly oddly got thrown out of game! Signed back in to see no jackpot. 2. So I will never win a jock pot on there but if your a liked player or "tight " with someone you can get things like a loose slot or jackpot. My slots are so tight I get no where. So I have been playing various games on this site for a few years and discovered numerous glitches including shorting the winner on their coin payoffs. I actually tracked it while playing Solitaire and discovered that each time a player used one of the spotted frogs (basically a free extra wild card move) that when you are paid off at the end of the game you are shorted anywhere from 50K - 800K on a 5 Million Coin Bet. Naturally the response was there are no issues with the site whatsoever even when I showed them the numbers. Adam did not want to be bothered with it and finally passed it on to an underling. Basically their view on things is this is a social site and not intended for gambling so as long as you can chat and visit the site has done what is was designed to do.

Recently I started playing Single player Blackjack and was really enjoying it as the randomness of the draws seemed like they would in Vegas. Sometimes you would win and other times you would lose, no big deal, at least until about 3-4 days ago when the algorithm completely changed. Suddenly the dealer was constantly getting just enough to make sure that you continually lost. I was playing 3 hands at 10 million a hand and no matter what I did suddenly the dealer would constantly hit 20 and 21 no matter what card they were showing or the 2nd card. One round the dealer actually drew 6 cards and still hit 21, of course i had 3 20"s so i lost. I started tracking things and during one stretch the dealer had blackjack 3 straight hands, with all of them hidden so the best you could do was push. The biggest change was the dealer suddenly never seems to bust, but comes up just over what you have so that even when you win, you lose because the hands you doubled down on are losers. I counted one stretch where the dealer did not bust no matter what he card showing was for 12 straight hands. When I notified Adam of this all I got was an email back that I am never satisfied and if i don't like it I should take my business elsewhere. He insisted that the randomness was performing just as it was designed to do. That's when it hit me, since they do not have to answer to a gaming commission, they have rigged the games to make sure you lose although i still have no idea why since nothing changes whether you are using charms or not, the outcome is the same. So many of the players run out of coins and then have to buy more coins or buy gems so they can get the charms and win additional coins. But they realized they could not make the money they want to if the fix wasn't in because the change in the algorithm that suddenly happened about 3 days ago was outrageous, but Adam states the games are performing as they are designed to do.

I now know they are performing just as they are designed to do. I also know that I may continue to play there but will never report another issue to them nor spend another penny on the site as the greed has taken all the fun out of what used to be fun.

I decided to find a game while I was layed up to help with boredom, and went to gsn and then VEGAS WORLD, I didn't like VW at first but as I played and they had all these acheivment bonuses and you could stop the wheel so u felt somewhat in control. You win regularly AT FIRST, and now that I had played there 3 yrs its the way they GET YOU, because at first you have a chance of being one of the high rollers #1 way they get you, then as u move up the levels it just cuts out. So you may THINK OK MAYBE I will BUY GEMS and get CHARMS and I can be a top player, but then your so called luck goes cold. They had me thinking ok it might have just been off today or last week or... but I got so addicted to the thought that I would still have a chance to play WITHOUT BUYING HUNDREDS OF GEMS EVERY WEEK they go so fast.
