They steal your charms (you have 80 of a certain charm, but log out and come back to play and you have 70) and can rig your spins to pay out almost nothing. For instance, I won 450,000 on a slot hit with a bet of 250,000 and had 1 charm pay out 1.8 million, and 3 others pay out 20,000 a piece, yet i didn't even get back to the total I had before the bet. I was shorted over 2 million points or bucks. I decided to keep an account of how much they shorted me in play and came up with over 90 million in one day! They come up with the most ridiculous nonsense of why your charms disappear, and have a standard pat answer to why your charms don't pay off: charms can't do that, charms do exactly what they are supposed to...right, they are rigged to not be counted...The help desk is not that at all, it is the heart of the scam where they stone wall you with double talk. NEVER spend a red cent in this con compmany. Play for free and see how they cheat ya first. Keep your money in your pocket.

I was playing Vegasworld for a while, and to be honest at first it was intriguing and fun but over time, after playing all the slots which by the way do not pay out much even if its just for fun, I lost my interest. For example, I played a slot called Butterfly dreams, I played it off and on for about 2 weeks, I never once hit bonus, not once! On several others, you would free games but win nothing. The games are so rigged, another example, Cosmos, you will hit 4 times then the 5th that is bonus, you dont every time so that tells me the system is rigged. I have gone over to another site and have alot more enjoyment

I was just here also when I was old enough, I made many OCs and they really did respect me roleplaying as my OCs until one hag started to pressurize me to see my real webcam and "take off my clothes", which is very worrying, but at least I blocked him before he finally had a chance to extort me, so now I don't go to this site anymore because I am concerned about this site allowing sextortions to a 22 year old like me.

The people at VW only care about money. They are not interested in what the players think. Only losers play this game and casino world. I have proof there are plenty of catfishes and pedos and they don't care. They will gladly take your money for VIP and if there is a problem and you report to support you're wasting your time because they ignore anything you say, or give excuse after excuse.

I was getting charged double for the monies I used to purchase chips. I keep up with everything I spend on this game and they were upset and banned me. I live on Social Security and I will not support anyone else. I think they need to pay more attention to their employees. Also, how are we suppose to get in touch with them, there is no phone, email, so we are doomed. Of course they do not want to hear the bad! And I doubt I an answer to this but I plan to go to corporate, I have the name and address. My bank brought these charges to my attention so if you need proof, I will gladly get it for you..

So VW has a special game each Friday where you get extra spins when you win free spins on that game. Today's game was Detective Story, I went through 600 spins and didn't get a single hit for free spins, lost millions and spent a lot of charms, needless to say ended up millions in less coins than when I started... what a joke!

I have been a paying member for years! For years I keep seeing the same folks winning the slots, winning the drawing for tickets and gems! I have also contacted Vegas World Customer Service many times due to the missing "gems" for my monthly subscription. I got nothing more than RUDE comments back stating that "I already used them" when I sent in proof that I NEVER RECEIVED THEM! I was ignored! I am tired of watching the same people win over and over in the tournaments! I am tired of the rude customer service. Over the years it has gotten worse and worse. I am not asking for any favours all I am asking for is a little bit of fairness! Maybe its too much to ask for from Vegas World.

Stay away from this site. A total ripoff, especially blackjack. You will lose every time. No matter what your hand, the dealer always beats you. They say it's random, but it's not. There's nothing random about the dealer constantly pulling a 19,20 or 21 no matter what the face card is. There's plenty of other legit sites, not this one.

Winning isn't common just trying to entice you to purchase gems with real money. When you use your gems everything is so high priced in gems you need to purchase more. They are into profit nothing else. Its a rip off!

When I first started on this site it was fun and I did very well as far as points go. Once I got to a certain poit I have done nothing but go backward. I can't play a game 2 days in a row and have it give me any kind of high score. I would have to not play that game for at least a week to get anything out of it. I just played a game I haven't played for about 4 days and it actually took over 200 million from me. I played Bingo this morning and won twice out of at least 15 games! I have complained to Vegas World in the past when the games started acting weird and said what ever update they did it made the games horrible! The person said, we make the games for us as if who cares if I win they just care if I spend my money. Do they really think people are going to keep buying charms and Gems to win more if the games just keep taking and taking? They are turning out to be worse than POGO! The photo below shows my score. Just about 4 or 5 months ago I had almost 9 Billion. Once I got too close to 9 billion I started going backward and kept going backward.

Initially, I enjoyed playing at the online casino and set my goal to winning over one billion coins. After I'd made good progress, the game turned on me and took the majority of my winnings. When I asked customer service what had gone awry, I was told the best way to win was to "buy charms" and/or pay to upgrade to VIP. Also, their I was too often denied a slot tournament win when I had clearly come in first place. Too frustrating and so few wins as the months passed, so I now only play an occasional bingo card. The site's owners should read all these negative reviews and perhaps overhaul their online casino.

Vegas World was, once upon a time, a fun and entertaining way to pass the time. They have sold out to another company and they have turned a complete 180. It's no longer fun to play since you will not win at any of the games. Their customer service is a total joke since they can never give you a reasonable explanation for anything. I affectionately have termed it a "Vegas World Slump" This current slump has seen me go from over a billion coins to less than a hundred thousand in about a month. My best advice, for anyone considering a membership, would be don't. If you want to play, play as a guest and don't bet a large amout.
