I congratulate those who had positive experiences with VCHICS. Mine have been totally negative! First, the shipping is waaaaay too long! The clothes are nothing like they appear in the pictures... They are ill-sewn and made of garbage fabrics. Right now they owe me over $170 for items that are out of stock (after I ordered and paid for them). Instead of giving me my $170 cash refund they are now saying their accounts have been frozen! They're a rip-off! A company that I have dealt with to purchase clothes is called TEMU. A totally opposite experience...

After reading the glowing reviews, I -had high expectations for this store, and -I wasn't disappointed. The inventory is impressive, and the quality of the garments is superior. I purchased three dresses two tops, and a pair of pants each item exceeded, my expectations.

This is a FRAUDULENT company operating out of China - they ship from California under following address and name.

But their return department is supposedly located in China somewhere - you have to pay return shipping if they were to issue you a return which they are not. The simple truth is they will never agree to a return nor pay you back.
The fraud is just as per the other reviews given here.
The pictures of their web page are picturing knitted and/or embroidered sweaters but they send you a nylon sweater with PRINTED knits or PRINTED embroidery, not at all as described on their web page pages and refuse you to return any merchandise for whatever reason: SCAM using DECEPTIVE business tactics, UNETHICAL behaviors.
