I ordered a "fun" football "sweatshirt"... it was not a sweatshirt at all, but a slick poorly made shirt that had no shape and no lining inside. I would be like wearing a thick plastic bag. Being unhappy with my purchase, I tried to initiate a return and reimbursement of the cost. Since then, I am continually being asked to first supply pictures of the product, then I am being constantly asked to accept a 10% then when refused a 15% discount on another product and just keep the shirt... with NO refund. This company, although has communicated with me, want to make me, the customer responsible for the problem of the high cost of freight mail for a return. I just want my money back, and I'm happy to return the item at no cost to me. Beware,...you prob aren't going to get what the picture looks like, and if you don't like it, too bad...they are keeping your money anyway.
