Tried to order for Christmas. Don't trust this company. 2 fraud charges w buffering errors on their site, 1 real order placed that finally went thru. Was charged 3x. Emailed them, advised to cancel my real order and about their fraudulent charges. They completely ignored me and mailed it a month later. Return label was for California. Tried to send back, it was a false address. They shipped the fraudulent orders along w.the order I cancelled. They had plenty of notices, at least 5. They charge my account 5x. 3x in December and 2x mid January when they mailed the cancelled order I cancelled in December. "F" rating on BBB. This is a rip off company. Dont trust them or waste your money. Clothes nothing like in pics w strings everywhere and they don't have a real customer service department, ignoring some communication while replying to others stating they would cancel and pull order out of shipping. Their return form also has a California address, which is bogus. Still fighting for refund. They expect me to return to an overseas address, not California or Wisconsin. Would cost more to send back than 1 cancelled order cost. AGAIN, THEIR POLICY STATES TO EMAIL CUSTOMER SERVICE TO CANCEL, DID, THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND DIDN'T. 2 OTHER ORDERS FRAUD W BUFFER ERRORS ON THEIR PART, LEAVING ITEMS IN CART WHILE CHARGING YOU BEHIND THE SCENES. SOMETHING NEEDS DONE TO STOP THIS COMPANY FROM RIPPING OFF PEOPLE. TRUE NIGHTMARE STORY. DONT BELIEVE THEIR GOOD REVIEWS, AS THEY ARE PROBABLY FAKE!
