I never leave reviews but after numerous attempts of trying to return a product that met all of the return guidelines I feel it is important to share my experience to hopefully prevent others from experiencing this. I ordered a dress that was not only extremely poor quality and thin fabric but was not like the picture shown. The print was similar but style completely
Different. I was not only put off but excuses made and was only offered discounts for future purchases until I said I would write negative online reviews. Then I was told they needed to reach out to their financial manager multiple times and then was told they are not providing refunds at this time because they had refunded to many orders for other people already. I wish there was a way to put a zero star or better yet negative star review as this company is a scam. I have been trying to return this product since 4/15/2023 and it is now 6/21/2023 still getting the run around. Buyer be strongly aware of this company.

Poor quality, slippery screen printed sweatshirt, instead of fuzzy sweater with cute fuzzy sheep. Total waste of money. Not like the pictured sweater. I will never wear this.

The tee shirt is a simple shirt with not a single sparkle in sight. I really need to recognize the false advertising for products made in China and other foreign countries. I should have learned my lesson by now. It is shameful to provide such false advertising! It appears in the photo to have sparkles but they are not real!

Product and quality is ok, good t-shirt so far, nothing to complain about except the white shirt is very "sheer". In general, I feel pretty good, and I can consider buying other products. Still in line with expectations.

I deducted one star because I noticed that some of the product descriptions are not accurate or entirely clear, which can be misleading. Overall, Vchics.com is an excellent site to shop online for fashionable items, and I recommend it to anyone looking for affordable and trendy outfits.

Items ordered not a good fit. Return items at my expense in June, to address on package. As of Nov. 10,2023 no refund. They have had my $90.00 since March! Numerous emails sent have been answered with excuses. Vchic's has robbed me of my money!

They took my money and NEVER sent the items! The keep saying it was shipped but they will not give me a tracking number! They will not refund my money either!

Problems with first shipment. Apparently-the customs needed to- know more info about what is inside- so the shipment was returned. Company contacted,, me helped me resolve issues in a timely manner by sending another package through a diff company. Excellent customer service support,I just received the second shipment and products are as described! Happy with my order.
