They just wouldn't pay me, no matter how hard I tried. Clearly, they are not honest. My interaction with them was a mistake. My brother told me about TRE/BL(E)/SLTD/C(O)M, a well-known product, after I told him about my experience. Being a part of their success story makes me feel humbled, and it inspires me to invest more money in order to succeed even more.

I tried my hardest to get paid, but they simply refused to do so. They are obviously dishonest. I made a mistake when I interacted with them. I am humbled to be a part of their success story and am motivated to spend more in order to achieve even greater success.

Utter rubbish l can't get a refund for my faulty item because it's over 21 days old l have to have a repair. Vax are a disgusting company they won't help at all. The cleaner is smelling of burning it doesn't suck up water properly it is absolute garbage not worth the £159.99 l paid for it. It's the second time I've used it ld say it's unsafe.
Vax don't care to them it's about profit and money making. They are not bothered about peoples safety. They sell dangerous cleaners and disregard peoples safety dont buy Vax. Rug doctor are much better cleaners... avoid this dreadful company bought on 23rd of August 2022

I ordered a steam cleaner from Vax back in October from their website and still have not received it, its now January.

Probably worse than not receiving it is that they dont answer the phone, they dont respond to emails. I got one response after saying I wanted my money back to say that it had been despatched so I would have to send it back if I wnated a refund. It had not been despatched. I contacted the carrier and they said the tracking number didnt exist.

I am beginning to wonder if Vax are not in financial difficulties as sending me a small sum back shouldn't be an issue.

I would stay clear of this company I do not believe they can be trusted at all
