I ordered a steam cleaner from Vax back in October from their website and still have not received it, its now January. Probably worse than not receiving it is that they dont answer the phone, they dont respond to emails. I got one response after saying I wanted my money back to say that it had been despatched so I would have to send it back if I wnated a refund. It had not been despatched. I contacted the carrier and they said the tracking number didnt exist. I am beginning to wonder if Vax are not in financial difficulties as sending me a small sum back shouldn't be an issue. I would stay clear of this company I do not believe they can be trusted at allSee critical reviews
