Placed order 1.5 months ago, nothing arrived. Numerous tickets raised, no response, no response from emails. Contacted bank to get money back.

So far I have only placed one order for 4 items with vandadeals.com. All four items I purchased were exactly what I expected and were described very accurately. One little speaker I ordered is listed as having a much higher S/N ratio on other sites. vandadeals.com only listed a S/N ratio of 45 db. Upon testing the speaker the vandadeals 45 db S/N rating was clearly more accurate then the ridiculously high numbers listed on other sites for the same speaker. The expedited shipping got from China to Southern California in 2 days.
I have emailed request on pre sales question several time and have never got a response. The live chat is never available and no one answers there 888 number. After doing some research on this site I found that it has just been around since July 2014, the owner has a gmail account as his contact information for the business and the small number of reviews/remarks seem to been on just a few days. I would not do business with this site.
I'm a college student and need to find everything at a cheap price. Vandadeals is my go to place. I can literally spend hours browsing the site. They have everything!
Consistently good service, have placed over 50 orders and only 2 problems, but both were solved almost immediately.

I started checking on items here, VANDADEALS, a while back, I ordered a few to see what kind of quality, etc they had, I am very pleasantly surprised to find high quality items at very low prices, and the items arrive fairly quickly at very low shipping charges, I will continue to purchase from vandadeals, I think you will really like shopping with them also.
