Hi I bought a phone from vandadeals and is taking too long please why?

I am having the same issue. The phone number and contact details on the site do not lead anywhere, and no one responds to tickets raised. Anyone any suggestions how to proceed?

Send them a ticket to one of their presales ticket options (aftersales/complaints etc do not work) as you have to show evidence of attempting to contact the crooks at gsmphonedeals. Then contact your bank and initiate the chargeback process. Its very easy and all banks (UK) comply. Received my refund this morning after starting chargeback last week.

When did you buy your phone? I ordered one last night from gsmphonedeals.com, which seems to be a sister site but I've had no email confirmation and my order has been processing for over 24 hrs.
