Was once called One Opinion, now a completely new site and experience. Not very friendly for seniors. After so many years at One Opinion I switched to the new site and failed to get any surveys during their "Welcome" time. They do not give points any more but small dollar amounts instead. After trying so many times to get even one survey I gave up and unsubscribed to the site. It seems survey site do not want senior opinions even though we are a large consumer block.
They won't let me log in to claim my reward even though I completed the dreaded verification which took several attempts (see below ;) I had to do the selfie without glasses because I wasn't wearing any on my passport and all I could see on the screen were blotches of color. I told V.Op. This but they ignored it in their reply. I think this is discrimination as I am visually impaired & they are required by law to make allowances for disabled people in the UK workplace. I bet they found a loophole around that though due to us working from home. I think a class action lawsuit is in order here.
The other complaints written are mild. I have been with Valued Opinions for over seven years. I have experienced cybercrimes, intellectual property rights violated, and now a new verification with government ID I sent was not accepted for one $20 CVS gift card. I am attempting to locate the headquarters and consumer protection as Valued Opinions claims to be headquarted in London, England. Communication demands a regional office in this country. Any suggestions?
This survey website has become holes of thieves. Their team are now big thieves. They started by stealing my points, and that makes makes me to reduce filling the questionnare.If you complain, they will pay back only one-quarter of stolen points. Now they have refused to pay me finally. I am through with them. You are warned, this survey site is a rubbish.
After some years with Valued Opinions, with no problems, I was disappointed to find about Veriff. They wanted a copy of a photo on my driver's license. A look at my passport and the number of my Smartphone which is hardly used. I am not keen on giving up that information so I've had to leave a small amount of rewards in and giving up Valued Opinions
I have been with Valued opinions for years and built up money slowly over time. I changed my internet provider so didn't get any emails that they sent about surveys. I emailed and asked them if they could change the email for me as I couldn't but they couldn't. Instead they closed my account because i had not been answering surveys. I lost the $128 that had taken me years to earn. So unfair.
Been with them for years. Suddenly, no surveys available for a week after cashing out. On querying this, I was told account violations had occurred and my account was suspended. When I asked what account variations, I was told I had no right to know and Accounts had permanently closed my account.
This company valued opinions is false and don't reward you with the benefits I had done hours of surveys and received £18.25 and they wouldn't reward me with vouchers but also I've spoken to other clients who have been in same position and they also say this company is fake and don't reward you so pls keep well away from this company
I joined Valued Opinions a while back and never had any issues taking the surveys. Had enough saved up that I decided to cash in for a couple of gift cards. Every time it kept saying I couldn't cash out because my account wasn't verified. It was verified enough to take the surveys tho, how convenient. Sent email to support staff and received a reply that my account had been closed for 1 of a list of half a dozen possible reasons. Bull! Sent them another email because I wanted a specific reason. Got same reply, could be for one of the following reasons with the same list they sent before. After doing some research I see that this happens to a lot of people. Must be a common practice for them so they don't have to pay out.
I LOVE surveys! As a retiree on a fixed income, it is a way to gain points to apply to venues for shopping (Amazon, etc.). I belong to several survey sites and am a long time user of Valued Opinions. Of late, they have changed their process for redeeming points and it is VERY UNUSER-FRIENDLY! Despite multiple tries to solve the issue,I continue to get formatted responses that do not even address the specifics of my issue and I still am not able to redeem earned points. I have decided to take a loss and have removed myself from this site. It is impossible to deal with. It is cumbersome, and for those of us who do NOT have a computer with a camera or a smart phone, it is impossible to redeem. There are so many better sites. Do yourself a favor and quit this one. I have.
Ever since using this i have had multiple scam phone calls and the verification required when you want to redeem is ridiculous, a passport or drivers license just to "verify" come on…
This is really good company who pay it on whenever we redeem it. Initially I thought it's fraud kind but no it was genuine and I could able to redeem amazon gift card. Thanks valued opinion.
This is one of the best survey sites I've seen, there are always available surveys and their value is reasonable, although they have decreased a little, I have been able to do up to five in a single day, the only unpleasant thing is surplus that they charge for reward, they should improve this.

Hi I am a 68 year old lady trying to make extra money for medicine and food so I started doing surveys and I had built up to $39 dollars so I ask to take it out they said ok I needed to take a photo with my computer so I did and take a picture of my driver's license so I did then they told me that it was not me and they couldn't give me my rewards I ask if I could give them a photo of my passport or birth certificate they said no and blocked me out and now they won't give me the money I earned honestly. So be ware because there is nothing else, I can do but I also put it on Facebook and twitter and set it to the better business bureau. Thank you
I like this site. I am a member of several online survey sites, and this is one of my favorite. I have been paid several $20 Amazon gift certificates. They do take a while sometimes to post completed surveys to your account. I have a balance of $11 now, and am waiting on $16 to be approved. I recommend this site
I have been a loyal member of this site and I must admit I earned money for doing their surveys. They have merged with a firm I know nothing about but what I do know is this has gone from being a well run site to being a site I would not recommend. I filled in several surveys recently and have not being credited for. I am sorry to say I have stopped using them and have cancelled my account with them.
Once upon a time this was a good panel. I always got paid. Then Dynata took over this panel and e-Rewards. I too received emails for both panels stating I wasn't honest and that I had more than one account and because of that, my account was flagged and suspended. I've already contacted BBB.org and suggest anyone who reads this do the same. I also contacted the local Attorney General in Texas where Dynata is located and filed a complaint. If we can get some government agencies to intervene, we may see our money!
