My daughter is needing a book for a college class she is taking in high school. This was a great site to find it on with many options on renting, buying used, or buying new. As long as delivery goes well we will use this site again.
I sent them my books on May 15,2014, I have not received any payments from them. In addition, there is no contact information, to call them. I hate this poor customer service, and the waiting for payment is a pain. Not dealing with this company ever again. Over with I am done, no more dealing.
With only 3 clicks I was able to place an order for my book (that was a ridiculously low price!) without being hassled to set up an account. The price for purchasing my book beat out many other websites rental pricing, and I'll have my book in about a week. I'll definitely reuse this service!
Book I had bought and received prior to this order was a wonderful surprise! I had bought the older edition to try to save a couple bucks but they must have been out of them so they upgraded me to the more expensive newer edition with no additional cost. Quick ship and just as promised!
I learned about this website about 2 years ago and I have ordered almost every semester since then. Very helpful and easy to order cheap textbooks! Really recommend it if you're looking for something quick and easy.
Worst business ever. This site needs to be condemned. There is no structure or means of customer service we have been overcharged for not returning a book when I have all the paperwork and receipts from fed ex proving otherwise. As a college student I would never recommend because there is already plenty to worry about being overcharged should not be one of them. I have asked multiple times to speak with a manager or associate and they never call back I called and the girl couldn't help the government needs to shut this down I'm to the point of wanting to sue this company

East, fast check out, and easy to find the books I needed, thanks :) it wants more words than this, i dont know why it is requiring 100 words, but that is what it wants, i guess they want honest reviews. Which is fine. But i have other papers to write, i guess this is kind of a good warm up for college. Maybe.
ValoreBooks once again proves to be the easiest and fastest website to purchase my textbooks from. College is expensive and the prices there never disappoint. Definitely will continue to use until I graduate.
Awful customer service. Talked to the rudest woman yesterday who would not help me at all. Refuses to help with a seller issue with a book that was never received and gave a bogus tracking number. Sellers don't respond. RUN! Better sites out there. Won't hesitate to spend a couple dollars more next time with a better website bookseller. Good selection and affordable shipping for bulky textbooks that might otherwise be pricey in shipping from other retailers. Many used bookstores make up the discounted price of the book in high shipping costs.
I was searching for a quick, centralized location to search for used college textbooks. Not only was the website easy to navigate, the prices were quite reasonable. The only downside I found was since items are all shipped independently you paying shipping per item. I'm not certain if you can search for books coming from the same seller, or if that would reduce the shipping price.
I love the fact that I purchased a textbook, I originally bought from the school's bookstore & sold when I was broke. Now, I've graduated & started my master's program & feel this book would help. I read the reviews for this company & it's very disappointing to see. I hope I don't get messed over... =/
I always find the best deals for school book rental and they ship them book on a timely manner. I never have problems with Valore books and I do recommend this website to other students that ask around.
I have been using Valorebooks for years for my college books rental. They always have the books available at great and lower prices. In case the edition I need is not available, there is always a prior edition with a much better price. I only remember once that I mistakenly received the wrong book. The issue was dealt with and solved professionally and quickly. I love this site and always recommend it to others.

Good way to obtain the texts books. In this day and time when books cost more then the classes it is great to have valorebooks. I have been build a resource of books for my career and this helps accomplished. I will share this site with family and friends. Please ensure that the books gets to me as soon as possible.
I placed a used book purchase with Valorebooks. I was sent the wrong book. Not the ordered isbn. Not bonded leather as you can see in the attached photo. I'm not wasting more time explaining the switch-a-roo. Overall customer service was garbage. The seller hosted at Valorebooks.com is HippoBooks. I had garbage customer service with HippoBooks before via another hosting site. At no time did Hippo ever return any email of mine. They just blew me off! At the moment I saw that the seller was Hippobooks I gasped. After the wait time of 48 hrs, mandatory for working with the seller (72 hrs since I had Sunday in between) I was then allowed to correspond with the host site Valorebooks. They too were less than interested in me. The end result is I have a book I wasn't looking for. And I was charged well over what it is currently worth. If you hate yourself, or you're spending an enemies money, then Valorebooks and their sellers like HippoBooks has lovely books for you! Have at it!
