I am a freshman in college, and of course, when you're in college you're always looking for ways to save money. Valorebooks usually has the best deals for the books I need for school. I got a book that would usually cost over a hundred for about fifteen dollars. Also, when you're using their renting service it is amazing that they include a free shipping label with your purchase. Whenever one of my friends is struggling with book costs, I always refer them to this site, and most of the time they find what they are looking for for much cheaper. When I receive the books, they are true to their description as well. I will continue to use this site, amazing deals, and much cheaper than most sites or on campus bookstores (even with shipping costs). The only thing I would criticize is that you have to pay shipping per book, so the shipping can get a little pricey if you're buying multiple books. Other than that, great site, and I will probably be using it for the next few years!

I have been able to save a lot of money renting my books from this site. And the books are in very good condition.
It didn't tell me estimated shipping time til after I placed the order. I am canceling because the estimated shipping is 4-14 days... too much of a range. I need it in 5
I could not enter my own address, had to enter in my friends address in order to get my books.
I ordered a book 10 days ago and it was not until I checked on its status that I learned that the order was cancelled. I've had several communiques from Valore Books, just not about my order.

I admit the first time I used the service I might have pushed a few deadlines and did not prefer the return method, however; I now just take screenshots on my phone or save the email with the order number and dig them back up at the end of the semester and it's all smooth sailing. Way worth it compared to how most bookstores charge you out the wazoo and then pay you only a few dollars for the book in the end, they then of course charge the next student 5-10 times what they bought it from you for... anyhow, this service is amazing just save yourself some time and keep the reference number somewhere you'll find it when you go to return the book.

I have spent over 3 weeks trying to order books because my shipping and mailing address are not the same. The system would not let me put in the billing PO box info completely.

I ordered a book on December 15th. Over the next week, I checked order status daily and everything looked as normal. Until the day before Christmas, the status changed to "cancelled".
I never recieved any sort of notification telling me the order wasn't coming. They never reimbursed my credit card or shipped a package. I am now without a Christmas present, or the money to buy another.
This site is run by thieves. I will never use this site again.
