I tried using my po box address to complete my purchase and I was not able to enter the city, state and zip code. My po box number is my billing address. I had to use the postal building address in order to complete the order. Not a happy camper!
I ordered a book. A day later they said it had shipped. Five days later they cancelled the order. They are a bunch of liars and wasted a week of my time.
Good prices for books. Tried to place an order and set up a different address and it would not accept the new address to my son's college. It was very frustrating I could not get them shipped to a different address and had to ship them to my house and pay for shipping to get them to my son. Terrible
I just received an email today from Valor Books stating The item listed below does not meet our sellback standards and has not been accepted for sellback. Claiming that the book I sent them has "Notes: Binding Damaged" This is a complete farce. I purchased this book new and take care of my books. I also took pictures of the books that I sold to ValorBooks as well as Chegg.com. To top it off, one of the books I am renting from them has a binding so bad that the book is literally in two pieces being held together by the paper cover. Very shady business practice. I uploaded pics of the book they rented to me.

Worst company I have done business with. I ordered a book last year that had a picture of the book I thought I was purchasing. Once I received there was a big international sticker on the top saying not intended for use in the U.S. I AM IN THE U.S. and I dont have the book I purchased and I am taking the loss of the book I can't use. I email them and they do nothing. I try this again and the same thing happened another international book I can't use. All together I am out over $100 dollars and "there is nothing that they can't do. If you want to throw money away then do business with ValoreBooks.com
I've used Valore a bunch of times, and they usually have whatever book I need, even when Amazon doesn't, which is quite a feat in and of itself. Bravo! Pricing is usually good, and I have saved so much money shopping here. I would definitely recommend!

Scam site. They will absolutely rip you off. I rented a book, never used it. I contracted with other vendor and it was sent via Valore. I was charged 92.13 because they "refused" the book. The book at full value was only 63.16. Disputed charge with Credit Card company. Stay away from them 1st class ripp off

Found all my books very easily and fairly cheap prices. I deducted a star because I had to keep going back and forth adding the same book I had just added to "my cart" because of the 5min time out. I wanted to purchase all three of my books at once so I had to be faster than the system. Otherwise great website, I will definitely use this website again.

My over $200 order of books was cancelled. With no explanation. Just an email, saying I would not receive my books. When I replied, I got the an automative message, I replied a second time saying this was poor customer service, could I be contacted directly to discuss the matter and assistance with re-ordering. I got the SAME automative message again. From "Missy" in customer service. I made sure to purchase my rentals on another website. I only purchased a few cheap ones from Valore that were not available elsewhere.

If you are looking to get a book for a class and it is at $200 you are usually overpaying, valorebooks offers international copies for a much more reasonable price that student are able to pay and not go nuts with high priced books. I found the book I need for a little more than $200 but the international price was for only $14.
It is great to be able to rent textbooks. The process is easy and returning books is flawless. If I could I would always order through valore. Sometimes they have the best deals even on purchased books.
