The only reason I'm not giving this a 5 star is the shipping is very expensive. I also worry that the vaccines are not going to stay cold by the time I receive them and I had issue with this last shipment with UPS. Should use FedEx,, their the same price and got it here the next day and still cold. (horse vaccines)
The website is easy to use and product arrived in 3 days. I was a little put off by first price for shipping. I called and was told to actually follow thru to next step and would be given other options. Glad I called to get information. Being in Alaska I was surprised my order arrived in 3 days priority mail. It was half the cost of first shipping option that I was given.
Our cat needs lactated ringer solution and the tube sets regularly. Our vet and local pharmacy charge a fortune for these, and they're often out. I found ValleyVet a couple years ago, and they charge less and are super nice people - whenever I've needed to call, they've been warm and helpful. Our shipments are always sent out quickly, and we've been very happy with the way our shipments are boxed.

I dropped the vial of insulin, but only saw a dent in the metal ring. However, my cat's glucose started to rise rapidly, when it was thought he was in remission. After 2 glucoses in the high 400's, my vet asked if I could replace the vial, because dropping the vial can cause problems with the insulin itself. Though it's very expensive, I knew this was my only option. Ordered it late on Friday afternoon, on line. The office was already closed. I had it Tuesday afternoon! His latest sugar was 169!
