Good and Memorable. Agents were very understanding and responded quickly. My requirements were well understood, and apart from the one instance where there was a delay in delivery, my experiences with Utsav have always been up to satisfaction.
Nicest plus size anarkalis on the internet! Superb quality and workmanship. Shipping tends to be delayed for various reasons, but well worth waiting for.
WORST QUALITY A TOTAL RIPOFF AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I received the delivery today. The order has multiple issues and Im shocked to see the low quality.
Its a big disappointment. I have paid $190 for a product which isnt worth even $40. Is this a joke?

Probably they sell fake copy of the originals.
How can you do this to the customer?
1. Its a synthetic low quality cloth. With a really stingy net through out. The sequene is the worst patch work one can imagine.
1. The piece is defected. The image shows a slit on till the top. The one I received is a gown with no slit. Looks ugly.
2. Its tight and not asper measurement. And its uneasy to breath in.
3. The product itself is a super low quality. Not upto Standards as shown in the pictures.
4. They dont have a phone number for customers to contact and the chat personnel keeps closing the chat without answering the questions
I wish to return it as soon as possible.
However, apparently I require a return authorisation email to even return which according to them takes 24 hours but they expect package to receive back within 7-9 days.
Even for overseas deliveries ( Please are shipping cost is more than the worth of the product).
ITS A TOTAL RIP OFF. I would NEVER BY FROM THEM AGAIN.

I ordered a few outfits for a upcoming wedding and i loved the work and the quality. Though I ordered the same size for all outfits the fitting varies slightly... but could be fixed with tailoring, so overall loved my purchase.
Thank you, got my beautiful dresses. I just wish the sizes 44 can be available for all pieces. Still the quality of products is A+. Also if possible faster shipping. Overall all is perfect.
Colours are bursting out for sure when will I get it can't wait to try but for sure will be exactly like that?

The garment I purchased was as vibrantly coloured and intricately embroidered in my hands as in the picture. There was a wee area at the base of the zipper that needed a few stitches, but otherwise was well-made. I received several compliments whilst wearing it.
The lengha I ordered was very pretty and fit well. It took a long time to ship, but when I mailed with concern that it wouldn't arrive in time for the wedding, the staff was very helpful and even changed the shipping address for me.
I recommend this company.

I'm so sorry that I did not read others reviews before, had I done so, I would have never purchased from Utsavfashions. I am an online shopper, saw the very nice sarees, etc that this site had to offer and so I decided to get a very nice shalwar that they were advertising, so after checking the measurements, I made the purchase.
So it came on time, however there was a big color variation, and to top that off the size was off. I couldn't even get my feet into the pants how they were so very tight because of course it wasn't a stretch material. To top that off, their website is not user friendly for an easy return, so finally when I found the return icon, it took me to many other different areas of the website other than to return. Anyway, I finally got there and sent them an email, of course they did not accept my return and told me to send a pic to see about the color variation, and not surprisingly, they refuted that as well. This is a horrible website. DO NOT BUY FROM UTSAVFASHIONS, if you do not want a horrible experience..
My order was unable to be made due to the quality not being up to their standards. It was delayed several weeks. I wish I had known sooner that it wouldn't be able to be complete. However, I am giving them 3 stars because they had good customer service throughout, trying to explain their situation.
I have been buying from utsav for years. For the most part, there prices and products are good. Somethings the stitching is so so but overall I am happy with the many salwar kameez and saris I have purchased from them.
While the ready to ship lehenga was a bit large in the waist I was able to have it altered. I didnt quite understand the website sizing.

Service was good, item arrived on time. But the item itself wasn't so good, the front of the skirt was longer than the back, I had to get it altered to fix it.

We ship 12000+ items every month and less than 2% of the customers are disappointed because of quality issues. This would not have been the case if we were in a business to sell defective items.
