We've used Bouncin Bins for many years now. I've scheduled online and have also had to call in. They answered all my questions, and very professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They have a large selection to fit your needs. Thank you for the great service you provide.
Was able to rent five inflatables for a decent price. The commuincation from the company left something to be desired. I got emails telling me they would follow up 48 hours before my event, that never happened and I had to reach out.
On the day of the event the driver was 30 minutes late. He was able to get everything set up in time though, so that was a relief. I signed a contract stating that they would have staff manning the inflatables and that was not the case. The setup person came, set up, left, and came back nearly an hour after he was supposed to pick up.
Communication does not seem to be their strong suit. However, the inflatables all worked and my team had a great time. Would consider hiring them again if the communication and services were as described.

The company's rain check policy is very harsh. We were not able to use the slide due to severe weather and we were not given a rain check because the slide had already been delivered (well before the party start time and when the skies were still blue). The guys who delivered and set up the slide were very friendly and knowledgeable.

We had a great experience. The bounce house was clean and in very good condition. They made sure we had everything prior to leaving. The men that helped us load into our truck were very kind. We got a cotton candy maker and when we went to use it it was covered in purple sticky stuff. I didn't mind however because I planned to clean it anyway. Just a little feedback but very happy with it still. Thanks again for making super fun birthday party.

The two men who brought the bin were very professional, worked quickly and answered all my questions. When they came to pick it up they were so quiet I didn't even hear them in the back yard even though I was by a window. I was going to give them a tip but they got away before I even knew they were here. My family had a blast on the bin we got.

The man who came to set it up was polite and efficient.
So I had to cancel my son's birthday party due to weather, which is something I have absolutely no control over and this company refuses to give the deposit I paid on the bouncy house back. That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. I didn't use any of their products. They should have the decency to give me back the money I put down for the unused product. What a horrible scamming company. You just go around stealing from people who never even use your products. Real nice. I will never rent a bouncy house again. This is ridiculous.

Our policy regarding deposits is indeed non-refundable, as it is clearly communicated to customers before booking and is stated on our website as well. However, I want to assure you that the deposit is kept on file as a credit that you can use for up to a year toward another event.
While we strive to accommodate our customers as best we can, unfortunately, weather-related cancellations fall outside of our control.

Great experience! I've always set them up myself and it was a welcomed relief to have it all taken care of. They came early to set up, including plugging in equipment with extension cords that they brought, and hooking up the water hoses for our wet slides. My only feedback is that I wish I would have know, prior to the party and set up, that the double lane slip n slide requires two water hoses. We were able to run to home depot and grab a water hose splitter so all worked out.

We LOVED our slide it was the perfect size for our 7 year old's birthday party! Loved the pick up and drop off times which were so convenient and we enjoyed the extra days of use! Our kids wanted to keep it. We also got a cotton candy machine, the cones and flavor for free for being a returning client! The workers were very helpful, kind and quick during pick up and drop off.
Note: these slides are HEAVY! If you choose to transport on your own, have 4-6 men, a tractor or a forklift handy! It was a bear to pack back up and load in the truck.

Helpful when making selections and placing order. Delivery & setup to the park were on time as scheduled. Attendants were courteous and aware of kid's activities going on around them. Inflatables and generators worked the entire time without any issues. Very good experience for our employees and their families.

The trackless training kept breaking down and the two kids that were manning it did not understand instruction or English. There were many parents that were concern with the safety of the ride when the back cart would fall off while the train was moving.

It was good enough, a little bit of a struggle, but all is well.
There were a few issues with my rental. 1. They arrived at the wrong time. 2. They brought the wrong bounce house. 3. They picked it up/packed it up at the wrong time. 4. I speak some limited Spanish, and had issues talking with the person doing set up and drop off.
The kids had fun, and that is all that mattered, which is why I gave it two stars instead of 1.

The rented equipment and games were a tremendous hit with our group. The zip line was operated in safe manner, and this was appreciated greatly. Overall, the engaging process was very helpful, this was our first experience with Bouncin' Bins, we will definitely reach out if needed in the future. I would like to suggest that you send a copy of the liability contract prior to the last 30 minutes before the start of the event. Can you reference and share it during the ordering process--these things require better concentration. We did sign it, so we could proceed with the equipment. They were so professional! They were early in setting up. They were helpful and patient in directing us with hoses, power, etc. The slide was amazing! Kids had a blast! And, kids were still on it at 5pm when they came to take it down and they were so kind and nice as we got all the kids off for them to disassemble! I will only be calling them in the future!

I was thrilled with how easy this was! Late on Sunday evening, July 2, I reserved a combo bounce house/slide for noon-6:00pm on July 4. (Other sites that I looked at were all sold out.)
Bouncing Bins emailed me saying they may actually arrive to set up the house early, and potentially pick it up later than the time stated in the contract. To my surprise, it was all set up by 10:00 am, AND they allowed us to keep it overnight at no extra charge. They communicated with us on July 4 to let us know they wouldn't be coming to pick it up, so we didn't have to worry about it.
I would absolutely use them again!
We rented a dinosaur bounce house and water slide combo for my son's birthday and it was amazing. They came to set it up and take it down quickly. We had a lot of fun and it was so simple to schedule and use. We will for sure do it again.
