We do these every year for our company Christmas party and it's the best, great Equitment, on time and the people who set these up are by far some great people, we will be doing this for years to come.

We had two bounce machines for Thanksgiving for the grandkids. They loved them. Came on time and picked up in time. Have is an extra day due to the holiday for pick up.

Our order arrived much earlier than we were expecting, maybe an hour or so earlier, but that meant we didn't have to worry that it wouldn't show up. I didn't like leaving the inflatable unattended after our event though. I was told it'll be O.K. But someone could have stolen it. Would that mean we'd be responsible? Anyway, at the time of being told it'll be O.K. I was quite relieved to know I didn't have to wait around. Thank you for your service. We always enjoy whatever we order from you.

My son wanted a hulk birthday, and as it goes to show you the Hulk is one of the least popular out of the superheroes. I found that Bouncing Bins had a Hulk option! How lucky! The few days before the actual event, Bouncin Bins called and asked if it was okay to bring the Bounce House a day early for no extra charge. My son was delighted! The bounce house all to himself before having his buddies over for his party. The drop off was quick and the pick up was quicker. I appreciate the driver and how efficient they were when setting up and collecting. We will definitely be returning.

Was almost perfect. Minus the fact that they had my delivery down for "on concrete" when I was never asked, cause it was definitely grass, I also said we needed sand bags because my venue didn't want them hitting any sprinklers, and they hammered it into the ground…. Other than that everything was great.

When we put on Concrete, that is a note for the driver to use sand bags. Typically when we set up on grass, we use stakes to make sure everything is secure. We appreciate you pointing that out. We rented the escape room and had high hopes that it would be great! Our event was at night, and the escape room has no light in it. We had to get flashlights in order for anyone to try and do it. That is a feature that Bouncin bins absolutely should include since the escape room is useless otherwise. The operators spoke scattered English, and it was tricky to communicate with them and understand what was happening.

Fantastic experience! From reserving, to pickup, everyone we interacted with was super nice and helpful! Delivery, Set up and take down were all super quick. The bounce house was super clean, the banner was perfect and the kids had so much fun!

Setup and cleanup process went very smoothly and required no work a part from filling the dunk tank. However upon filling the tank we found a small leak in the vinyl, and it seemed like it was not made for the weight of an adult, so it was nearly impossible to dunk someone without physically pushing on the lever, which was also very difficult.

Bouncin Bins was so great to work with! They love helping schools and were a big part of our school carnival. Since we are not able to have any inflatables at our schools anymore we were so grateful that they had many options for us to still rent and make our carnival a success. They were very kind and professional whenever I called, as well as the delivery driver. Everything went so smooth with them and we couldn't have been happier
Easy to book lots of choices as well. On the Jacobs ladder i would recommend you put some type of padding on the steel cross bar the ropes are attached to on of the kids fell on the bar and got hurt ( she was fine just took her breath away) but it need a pad for sure. Driver were on time and set everything up quickly would rent again for sure.

The gentlemen who did the set up were timely and efficient! Everything was set up and ready to go before my people showed up and that was even with a delay because I wasn't sure where they were supposed to set up and had to confirm. They were really great and patient.

Company made it very easy to book for an event, and had great follow 48 hours prior to event start. They arrived and set up both items within 15 minutes of arrival, very impressive! Afterward they were a little late for pick up, but after calling the company they said we can leave the items there in the park and we could leave
