This is the second time I've rented from Bouncin' Bins. Two things that might discourage me from using them in the future: 1) the automatic gratuity for the driver, who should be tipped but who should also just be paid properly for all the hard work. 2) The three hour window which turns out to be too short. Once you pay to rent it, it should be a whole day rental. Otherwise the experience has been seamless and pleasant.
The attendees did not know how to operate the ride. It was deflated less than half way through the party. The manager tried to blame the fact that there were young kids in attendance that it didn't work - - there were ALL ages and the woman who originally helped me order told me it was ideal for children because the solid rock wall was too difficult. REGARDLESS if they tried to blame the ages of guests the attendants didn't know how to operate the harnesses and they did not work even once! It was a hazard as the rope would release and drop the young employees trying to operate it. Inexcusable. The entire party was revolves around this rock wall and it ruined it. I absolutely will be disputing this charge. I have a heart broken son. Please make this right.

The slide was great but communication was not good. I asked for a call 30 minutes in advance of drop off and that didn't happen. I asked multiple times if they would be picking up the night of the 4th or the 5th. They said the 5th, then showed up the 4th. There was definitely a language barrier.

I started using Bouncin bins about 4 or 5 years ago. They are absolutely the best! This time we rented the rock wall. Definitely not what I expected! It was humongous! But don't get that particular one because they don't tell you it can't go through a gate to your back yard. We ended up putting it in the front yard. But the kids and adults had a great time. The attendant Armando was the bomb! All the rentals Ive got have been brought by great delivery and and pickup guys! We'll worth it as far as I'm concerned! Thank you Bouncin Bins! The process of booking online was super simple. The communication was also stellar. They called 2 days before the event to confirm all the details and then also sent a text notification the day of the event to confirm. I did the self-setup and it was pretty simple. The bounce house is VERY heavy, so make sure to have a dolly handy, but other than that super simple setup. We took advantage of their weekend rental and my kids (and neighbors) enjoyed it all weekend after the actual party.

Everything went exactly as promised and planned. It was so easy! The delivery people were just as pleasant as the Assistant who answered the phone. I highly recommend Bouncin' Bins and will use them again for all of my summer time activities.

The rental process was mostly easy. They were nice and offered us a nonprofit discount. During our event the train kept breaking down and the train carts kept falling off. It was not a great experience and I would not recommend anyone rent the train. We are all volunteers so to spend so much money on something that didn't work well when that money could have gone to our cancer kiddos is very disappointing.
We kept getting cut all over because of the connection between the slide down and the flat slide. Many also kept falling from the top ladder because there are not enough handholds to help you up and the top two were slippery like oil or something on them.

The delivery and take down were easy. The product was just as described. The delivery did come a day early and caught us off guard… so we had to deflate the bounce house and put the blowers out of the way of sprinklers that were coming on that evening, but better early than late.
From start to finish, our event with Utah Bouncin Bins was superb! The bouncy houses were great, and the staff was punctual, attentive, responsive, and professional. I highly recommend them and will use their services again in the future.

We loved that we could rent the water slide on Friday and return it on Monday morning. You all were very helpful getting it into my truck and the set up was easy straightforward. Everyone at my party was so surprised at what I paid for what I received.

Called to get the remainder of our equipment installed on our slide. Was suppose to have sprays down the middle area. We have used your company for many years, very disappointed in the response. Did not pick up the equipment at the end of the rental and left it on the front lawn til mid day. We have always loved using your company but with your price increase, it was disappointing that your service was not as good as in the past.
The party was an amazing experience with the bounce house because the young children that we had at the party were able to use it as a primary form of entertainment. It was great for all the parents involved to be able to relax knowing their kids. We're just bouncing and having a great time.

Pick up and drop off are pretty painless, aside from it being a bit tight when I showed up at drop off and it was quite busy. Still was in&out in under 5minutes.

The obstacle course we ordered kept the kids happily entertained for hours at our family reunion. And at a good price. The set up was done promptly and efficiently by a couple of very courteous workers. I hesitiate to give a five star because the website is a little tricky to navigate and the search feature didn't work at all, even though I had the exact name of the obstacle course we wanted to rent. But it was worth it.

Working with the company was awesome. Unfortunately the inflatable we got didn't stay inflated well. It was difficult to use and we could only have one kid on it at a time. So it was slightly frustrating.
Bounce house set up was great! Fit perfect in the backyard with it not being a huge backyard and the kids loved it, despite it raining. Recommend and will be returning. I believe they also showed up early which was great as well. Also loved the Harry Potter banner provided.

Well, where do I begin (type of thing). Had to change a bounce house due to scheduling, which is fine they gave us the closet thing, nothing wrong with that, it was overbooked for the one we ordered. But lets go to the day of, they were late, wayyyy late, arrival was 8am got there minutes before event started. They sent the wrong slide, (we had rented this slide they brought 3 or so years prior) and we had parents complain, kids complain etc. The guys were speeding, hurrying and was not very professional. Had complaints of their driving while leaving venue from several parents. It was not a good experience, we have had trouble each year and kept giving the benefit of the doubt. Not anymore. This was the last straw for us.

I got my 7 year old one of the bounce house / obstacles. Let me just say everyone who came loved it birthday boy and guest stayed inside the whole time very pleased. I'll be ordering with bouncin bins again thank you so much Norma for all the help also to the nice gentleman who delivered & picked up was very nice and professional.
