We had a great time with the bins. The lady who helped me over the phone was very professional and knowledgeable. The only issue we ran into was the cotton candy machine. It had a bad chord.:(

Wonderful team to work with. We had a large event with multiple inflatables, zip lines, stunt jump, aero bungie, swings, and some lawn games. Bouncin bins team arrived on time and were very good to work with. We will use them again for a future event!

We usually have a great experience with Bouncin' Bins. This time there were a couple of issues. They have a link on their site called either "Wet slides" or "Water slides", and I rented a slide from that page, but when it arrived and was already set up, I found out it was a dry slide. That was kind of a bummer and I should have read the description more closely. Also, the people who set it up put it right in front of the gates that we were going to have our guests walk through. My husband said he tried communicating this to them but there was a language barrier. We ended up having the guests use a different entrance. We will continue renting from them. They sometimes drop your rental off early and I love that.

I wanted to know how tall the water slide was for the tropical obstacle course and also see some video but there was none.
Delivery was on time and very kind. Wanted to make sure that we were completely set before he left. He did a complete walk through and came back with a blower to clean the slide off. The only thing that I was sad about, was the slide was not a water slide. I thought when a booked it I was booking a water slide. I will need to pay more attention to the site as it says, Wet/Dry Slides and I accidentally chose a dry slide.

The only complaint I have about my experience is I requested the wall from 2:30-6:30 and the wall did not show up until 3:50 and still needed to be set up. The event was at 4:00pm so I guess just pay better attention to travel time and event time to not cut things so close. Other than that, staff was great to work with.

The bounce house was extremely dirty and in disrepair. If it had been cleaned up it would have been a better experience. Filled with debris and leaves and garbage. Also no phone call to tell us when delivery would happen. So unfortunately couldn't help decide where the bounce house should be set up.

This was so easy! The price was perfect -better priced than other rentals we looked at. The delivery was easy, earlier than expected so we got plenty of extra time, and the delivery drivers were so nice and professional! The bounce house waterslide was in great condition and very clean. The instructor and supervisor arrived on time and called before to confirm we were ready for their arrival. I met with them myself and they understood exactly what I wanted and how to do it. They had a couple issues as far as the bull operation but they were fixed fast and the instructor stayed at his post the entire event. My own workers didn't even do that! He communicated that he had another job to install and that he would leave his equipment to be picked up by the supervisor. An hour later they came back and tore it down and the rest of the event was cleaned up as well! Would highly recommend getting the bang for your buck with this bull.

The bounce house/slide was expertly set up and worked perfectly for us. My grandchildren had so much fun and also enjoyed the snow cone machine. This is our second time using Bouncin Bins and we will use them again next summer. It is a highlight of our grandkids summer activities.

It was a ok experience they arrived 2 hours early and could not set up because the truck died and had to call for backup they got everything set up with 15 minutes before are party. During the party it went very well they were doing there job and people seemed to enjoy the time we had it. We would use this company again.

Everything was delivered and set up as agreed upon and also pickup up as agreed. Thank you for your help with our company party. I do have one of the rings from the cactus toss that was left behind, however. If you want to have someone stop by for it anytime it is here.

This was a great company to work with! Very helpful and informative over the phone and through email and text after booking. They came early to set up, which was very quick as well as take down. I would highly recommend Bouncing Bins. Customer service was outstanding. The representatives made sure we were set up for our charity event with no issues. The only issue I had was communication with the attendant. I needed the wall facing North and due to the language barrier, the attendant did not understand what I was requesting. The sun was so intense, we were unable to use the easy climb because that side of the wall was too hot.
We have loved renting from Bouncin Bins. We've used them twice. They've usually arrived earlier than scheduled and set up with no problems, which gives our kids more time to play. Our grandkids have loved both bouncy houses/water slides that we've rented. All around a great experience. We also get discounts or free hours for being repeat customers.

Website is easy to navigate. I had to call to verify that they do all the setting up. That was not clear on the website. The driver set it all up in a matter of minutes. All I had to provide was a hose and an outlet. Our grandkids were so surprised when they came for our annual water party, and had the best time.
This was a great experience renting from Bouncin Bins, I would totally recommend them to anyone. The team that delivered the bounce houses, slide and rock wall were so kind and helpful. We appreciate them so much, it made our neighborhood church carnival such a success!

This company was very professional to deal with. They were in contact with you all the way through the rental. They showed up early which allowed my kids to have a longer time on the bounce house.
