We love renting from Utah Bouncin Bins. We love that they set up and tack down. This allows us to focus on the other party planning items. The 18 ft screener was a big hit for all ages 4-18 which was the age range of the children at this event.
The circle merry go round was larger than we were expecting. It still very fun. This was an outside - our 10 - 15 mile winds pushed it down a few times. I don't think we would have had this problem with the square design ones.
Great company to work with! I will definitely be using them again for future events. They arrived on time, set up quickly, and did the same at the end of the event. The items we rented were in great shape and were a blast! It added so much to our event!
I do wish I had known more about the bounce houses and perhaps how many staff (approximately) it would take to properly man them. We were under prepared for the amount of labor it took to make sure the bounces houses ran smoothly throughout our event. For example one of the obstacle courses required three people all day. Lessoned learned on our part! But highly recommend Bouncin' Bins!

So quick getting our rental and loading it and I ended up arriving 30 minutes early to return my rental and they unloaded it anyways. Everyone was very nice. The loaders/unloaders are amazing at their job they make it look easy!

Installer was a very nice polite young man. He quickly and efficiently setup bounce house and picked it up promptly at 8:30. Unfortunately, we couldn't use it after 6:30p as rain started and never quit.

The waterslide was big and amazing quality! My kids loved it! We had to wait over 45 mins when we went to pick up our inflatable even after they had confirmed our pick up time earlier in the week. There was no one else picking up at that time that caused the delay but instead our waterslide was not even at the facility and we had to wait for it to arrive. This ended up making me very late for other things that evening. Just know you might be waiting a while if you do customer pick up for these very pricey inflatables.
Ordered by phone and the person I spoke with was very helpful in choosing a bounce house for a neighborhood party. Price was very reasonable and included delivery and setup before the party and take down after. Will definitely use again.

The guy who set up was wonderful and so helpful when we found out we couldn't stake the inflatables down. But then our generator died about halfway through and there wasn't a replacement option. We tried to make it work and then he came back and was finally able to, but then we only had 20-30 min left of the party.

My daughter had the best time at her party, all thanks to the bouncy house. The kids LOVED it, and bouncin bins made the process super easy. They were easy to work with and flexible. Would rent from here again

They were helpful and communicative, the bounce house was a HUGE hit and when I had an issue during set up I was able to speak with my event coordinator and resolve it quickly. I would definitely recommend and rent from them again!

The delivery person was very nice but I had trouble communicating with him due to language barrier, and the equipment was so heavy he had trouble setting it up himself and adjusting it to my hose length and preferences.

Experience was great. The bounce house was amazing pick up and drop off were perfect on time and did everything they said they would do. I did feel the price was a little high but overall it was a great experience!

The delivery and pickup was awesome, they delivered a day early and didn't pick up until July 5. But the negative comments—the slide was dirty and smelled. The velcro that held the two pieces together wouldn't stay and kept coming off. Several of the kids got scratches from it. And finally the cording that helped when climbing the ladder was defective or broken. It was one of the worst slide experiences we have had. The kids didn't enjoy it very much. We have rented slides for the 4th of July for over 10 years, from your company and other companies. This year's experience was one of the worst we have had.

Easy to pickup and dropoff. We were surprised that when we rented a dry unit for our indoor event and set it up it was all wet and full of grass and debris from the previous rental. Had obviously been used wet and got our indoor area dirty. Otherwise it was a great experience.

The man putting it up and down was friendly and efficient. When he came to get it he let the kids bounce right up to 8:00 which was the assigned time. The kids had a great time and it was well worth the money.
