Utah Bouncin Bins were great to work with! I called them last minute on the day of the event and they were able to book two bounce houses for me for that evening! They were on time with delivery and pickup. They were really easy to work with and I was impressed by their customer support both on the phone as I was booking and with the employees who delivered the bounce houses. I would highly recommend this company!

Bouncy Houses were awesome! Not as happy with communication. Was told to plan on 30 minutes per inflatable (we had 5) so should be at location 2 1/2 hours before event started. We were there but they did not show up until almost 5:00, an hour before our event started! They were awesome at take down though :)

Rented some carnival games that were very old and had broken and missing pieces. For example, I pointed out the broken dart and the fact there were only three for the entire game the driver told me that was how it was supposed to be. Additionally, the company wanted to drop off the games 5 hours before I had reserved it, called me three times to ask if they could drop it off when it was convenient for the driver. The office person April hung up on me once in exasperation. After the rental as over, we waited two hours for the driver to come pick up the rentals. This was after calling several times. I am baffled that renting two concession machines and 5 old carnival games cost $500. It was not worth that price. I regret doing business here.

We rented the escape room and had high hopes that it would be great! Our event was at night, and the escape room has no light in it. We had to get flashlights in order for anyone to try and do it. That is a feature that Bouncin bins absolutely should include since the escape room is useless otherwise. The operators spoke scattered English, and it was tricky to communicate with them and understand what was happening.

Setup and cleanup process went very smoothly and required no work a part from filling the dunk tank. However upon filling the tank we found a small leak in the vinyl, and it seemed like it was not made for the weight of an adult, so it was nearly impossible to dunk someone without physically pushing on the lever, which was also very difficult.

We noticed about an hour after the slide was blown up and water added that it was losing air at the bottom of the slide. It was forming a pool on the right side. When we mentioned it to the guy at pick up he just told us "Oh I'm sorry. I don't know why it did that". Other then that it was a good time.
They also did not call or text me when they were on there way like they said they were. They came a lot earlier then requested so I'm just glad someone was there.

The kids really enjoyed it. However,
1.getting it delivered was a challenge because the intended driver did not have drivers license. That should have been handled long before I found out about it.
2. There was a very large leak in the back of the slide. It needs maintenance
3. The company only sent 1 person to pick up the 24 foot slide. After our family day was over and personnel were released for the day, I had to go around asking people to come over and help him. If the pick-up requires customer personnel, we need to know in advance so we can staff it.

We've used BB for two years at the recommendation of other family members. Their products have been a highlight of our July 4th celebration. They come clean and ready to go. They take them away as is with little to no effort on our part. This year we added cotton candy. It was a hit and came with plenty of floss for our needs. Thanks

The blowup was amazing and my kids had a blast. The delivery experience was extremely frustrating. I called the morning of to confirm timing and was told it would be there no earlier than 12:15 and if they are early, someone will call me. So I headed to Lagoon for my little guys birthday and as I park, I get a phone call that they are at my house (at 10:30!) and if they can't deliver now, delivery won't work today because they have to go to Utah county. Very poor communication.

We had a wonderful rental with Bounci Bins. They delivered well ahead of time. It was more than worth it to have them deliver and set up the slide for us. We needed a snow cone machine and loved that we could get both from one place. We will definitely come back again.

The delivery and set up if our bouncy house water slide was smooth and efficient. A piece was missing when our party started. When we called they sent someone quickly to remedy out issue. The pick up however was very very late in the midnight hour. But they were quick and quiet about it and didn't bother us.

They delivered a day early and picked up a couple hours late, which gave us some extra time to play. They were helpful when deciding where I should put it in my yard. They staked it down and tied it to a tree, so I wasn't worried about it flipping with a bunch of boys playing on it.

The inflatables were a big hit at my client's event. I added two attendants for the inflatables. The attendants were personable; however, they didn't speak English. This normally doesn't bother me, but it was difficult to give direction and instructions to them.
Luckily Eduardo was there when they first arrived and he was able to translate. Once Eduardo was gone, we had a lot of pantomime and poor results with google translate.
