I found out my credit card was declining. I logged on to try to update the card, but the site would not update it. I emailed billing and got no response. When I called their sales line to solve the problem, Jason the salesman told me that he cannot help me or get me in touch with anyone that can help me and that all I can do is email billing again. If Ustream genuinely is interested in my business, it would seem like they might try a little harder to collect their money. I would strongly recommend finding another company that seems to care about their business relationships. Buyer beware, there's no one there; o)
UStream, to which I never subscribed, will not delete me from its mailings. It continues to email me under a series of artificial names, apparently churned out by some automatic email dialer. If its product resembles its marketing behavior, it is a fraud and should be avoided at all costs.
Found ustream via links to peoples live broadcasts.
I use Ustream's android app to record/broadcast events as they happen with my smartphone.
As for the website, it is feature-rich, it'll be more-so if you pay. I never payed for ustreams services so i'm stuck to basic, i'm fine with that. With the basic no pay service. You'll have advertisements on your pre-recorded videos or livestreams, video will be limited to VGA 640x480p resolution, inability to auto-save a stream, and will have 10 gigabytes of storage for those videos. I don't mind those limitations since my phone cannot record in HD. Never had a problem with ustream service yet. Overall my experience is positive.
