I wanted to know the value of a rental property in an other town I own. The housing market has been up and down. I didn't want to invest $500 on a refinance to loose it if it wasn't close. Got the value and more under the basic search. All that I needed to go forward in knowing the general worth. Thanks great site!
You will be charged $20, not $1.25 as you saw. The extra charge is a "premium membership" which you have no idea about until the charge appears on your card. That subscription may be hidden somewhere in their "terms and agreement" but the fact that they hide that information and never show it to you explicitly tells you it is a deliberate act to trick you.
Original report cost me $1.25. They then change pages and to make it seem you have to buy a reoccurring membership to continue. Only by carefully reading did I realize I could skip that page and just continue to my order. I skipped to my original order bypassing the "catch" page and printed out my report. It was reasonable for $1,25 and useful for my purposes. As long as you don't get caught in the reordering monthly fee crap (unless you actually want that) it is useful. I would have rated it higher if it had seemed a bit underhanded to me.

My experience was horrible. You asked me for a review before I can even read or print my report. I want my 1.25 back. Your first customer service person lost the call. The second rep took too much time and couldn't understand my first or last name. I want my money back because I received no information from you
Although I am impressed with the records, this record falls very short of the true value of this property... I know... I own it and live there. 3259 Ogden Road is acutally a 3 unit complex. It has (2) 2 bedroom/bath units that are 2 story and also has a 1 bedroom/bath unit approx. 700 sq ft. Above the carport. So the per unit value is close... but for the complete complex is very in-accurate.
I am looking to purchase a home and I was worried about the asking price. This site gave me a home appraisal within a 5% in accurate rating. Which is wonderful. It also provided me with when the home was bought and last sold. Even the price it was bought at. I was also given how much the current owner owes on the home.
I inquired at the right time i guess, because it cost under $2.00 for a wealth of information. Save me a trip to the tax assessor/clerk of court Plus... no scare of contracting COVID while AT HOME. This was great.
Good report. I had trouble logging into the UsRealtyRecords site because my email address had already been used. I changed my password and that fixed that problem. I don't have a business, I am the home owner and I wanted to see the name on my title.

Immediately it ask about review. Therefore I do not have a copy of the report.
Please mail me a copy. When the request popped up, I could not even continue to stroll down. I never got pass seeing the owner's name

My report was very accurate and thorough. I wanted to confirm what an Owner was telling me about the property and everything matched up to the "T"... Wanted to know who was responsible for an empty house north of us. It has been empty for at least 6 or 7 years and it is an eye sore for the neighborhood. Found out who is the owner or? And want to contact them. I have already called the mayors office and the number for public housing due to rodents and people who are looking for a place to sleep overnight. It is a deterrent to the neighborhood and needs to be taken care of. It is losing siding and bringing the property value around it low.
I own the property I searched and just wanted to find out the current value. I paid and downloaded the report but the information on it was completely wrong! It listed 3 unites, when the property has four. It listed four bedrooms when the property has eight. It listed the year of being built as 1906 when its actually 1901 (i know, small difference but it just shows that this website can't get anything correct)... etc etc. I would not trust this site for any information.

There are so many unregulated real estate brokers online these days and I almost lost my money to a broker I found in Australia. I invested $35,000 with the company as a stake on a property. It was quick and easy well worth the little over a buck that I was charged! Gave me what I needed Iam a home owner renting a unit out the person interested in my unit said they own a home that is for sale they owned it for 10 yrs well this proved them wrong so it's a great site!
Shows nothing and charges are cryptic and fraudulent.
They showed 1 dollar house report and in a cryptic way enroll me for monthly and the CS just gets into a fight to prove me wrong. Just asked for my tax document and didn't get anything. Just my tax history ( numbers). All for 20 dollars and if hadn't checked my CC records. They would have continued to bill me
