The report is the same stuff you can find on Zillow for free. On top of that they scam you in to paying a monthly membership, which I'm currently attempting to get them to refund and cancel. STAY AWAY, borderline fraud.

They changed me 19$ for membership and I just asked for one report and one report cost 1.25$ only.
I thought they will tell about the taxes and if the property has any dept or more information about it but all the information that I got, I could get it by myself from google. They talk about climate and street and... useless info. Don't ever try it guys it's useless.

I could get most of this information from other sites for free, including all sales and tax information from the LA County Tax Assessor website. I really wanted to see how accurate the owner information was and this report was not. It was my own report and had an incorrect name.

I was interested in this property and wanted more information. It was quick and helpful and easily accessed. I am planning to protest my taxes and will probably do the research needed by using this service.

The search was fast and and estimate was similar to other free sites I viewed. I liked the additional information I viewed regarding my property. Just make sure you're careful to read the screen so as to not select something you're not interested in such as continued viewing of other properties which cost additional money.

Site was easy to operate, fees were very reasonable. Info Very accurate and up to date. After searching for a decent online way of locating the needed info while trying to avoid property shark.com and their steep fees. This was it. Quick and Easy.

Not good, the first report i received was based on the incorrect property unit. The second report does not show the tax status for 2016 or the assessed value and taxes projected for 2017. Please give me a call at *******498 thnaks rick earle

The report generated the exact information needed to make an intelligent offer on the new property. We also used a report on our existing home to make sure we were putting it on the market at a reasonable cost. Current house on market for two days and received offer above asking price. The report information was dead on the mark!

Stay away from this company, I ordered the basic report for $1.25 then I was charged $20. I called an complained, they told me to put a file a claim with my CC company which would take weeks or they would do a curtesy refund of 30%. You also need to cancel your membership or you will get charged again next year. They gave me a cancelation # and said I would get an email to confirm. It never came. These guys should be shutdown!

I ordered and received three $1.25 property reports, for a total of $3.75, paid for with my credit card. A day later I checked my credit card account. I was billed for a total of exactly $3,75, exactly what I authorized, and all three reports provided me information I was seeking. I conclude that US Realty Records provides a valuable service for a reasonable price in an ethical manner.

I had trouble at first understanding their website. After I had put in my CC info. They took me to another page that seemed to want me to commit to a monthly subscription. Which I did not agree to - want - or need. So I back out of the process thinking that nothing had happened except they had captured my CC info but I did not give them permission to charge anything.
