MLS has this house listed incorrectly and this was a good source of information. This could be the reason the house is not selling.

For the amount of $$ this fit the bill now on to a title business to see what else I need to look for.

Easy to read, it tell you everything about you home taxes, how much you purchase, estimate how much is worth very well put together.

The report was gone before I had a chance to study it. I feel that I should have a second chance to view it without being charged, not fair!

Was worried about getting hooked for something that was false advertising, but ended up getting what was advertised. Satisfying purchase.

Quick result but i hope I don't get charged $20.00 for the result as other users were charged. I only agreed to pay the basic report.

This information is suppose to be free to the public and you are charging for it. This is why people report stuff like this.
