Look for a single property. Got charged $19.95 per month for 3 additional months. Did not sign up for a long term contract.

I was able to find out the information needed for the residents in one area and was very easy to read, not complicated!

Haven't had a chance to look at it when i was asked to review it, so I'm not sure what it looks like.
