This really helped because the realtor only put $95,500 as an estimate and you are $10,000 more so we will up the selling price.

Supposed to be. 95. Found charge on my CC card for 19.95. They never answer the phone. Only direct you to this web site.

Good place to get latest data on neighboring real estate sales. It would be handier if there were dates assigned to date of sale.

If the estimate is remotely close, my property value has increased a great amount. This information will come in handy for my refinancing.

$1.25 for information I already had what a waste. This site better not try to charge my card 19.95 or there will be a lawsuit

Last week I received an appraised value for only the outside of the property that was $12,000 lower than what this report has shown.

Please with the service that was provided. I read others review but took a chance for my self and hope I am not over charged
