The first search I did did not provide me with the info I needed the second search I wanted to see what it said about my property and it gave everything the first search was to see if I could get info about a home and property next to mine to find out if I could buy this place but it did not give the info I needed

These people are doing nothing but stealing they take old information that was once listed and use it to update their database. Its old, its wrong and nothing you can't get from the city of phila yourself if you go on their site.
DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE EVEN THEIR RATINGS ARE A FRAUD WRITTEN BY THENSELVES

It was not hard I was able to do it myself with the instruction given to me on the site, thank you. And I should be able to do it again in the future.

They charge you 30 cents or 95 cents to get you in. Then they will charge you 19.95 every month. Total scam! Stay away!
They information they provide is nothing more than the public information.

Great except I just wanted one report and I had to go through bull$#*! just to get to that. Now I had to do this,. If I didn't I would lose the report.;

Its great to be able to check on the property your going to rent. I just needed to check out the property and make sure it was legitimate. I also sent my realtor to check it out.
