Basic report looks good, until you pay, then not much info... they then want you to "upgrade" for $20 per month... HA! Big screw job... save your $1.50!

Thought I would try it out and paid $. 97 for outdated 3 page report and then they charge me $19.95 for some bullsh*t membership. Now I am dealing with my credit card company to have the charge removed. I Had to order a new card so I would not be charged again STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE

I tried numerous other sites with no success. Although there was a $1.25 fee, well worth the seven page information and showed the ownerships name and address

I am happy to see a true estimate. I don't like how realtors lie. I'm tired of going through hoops to see that why they've been telling me isn't the truth all along.

I wanted to check before going through the red tape if the house I want will meet the appraisal necessary. This site laid it all out in an easy format. Thanks so much!

Very, very poor service. Switch and bait-you want customers to sign up for additional service. You should get out of this business.

Agreed to $1.25 and got a report that was taken straight from the assessors website in our county. Then I was charged $19.95 twice and when I called was put on hold for 15 minutes. Will call again...

Lots of upgrades have been done and when this taken into consideration.

Both Bedrooms have fitted ceiling fans with remote controls and dimmers,
Den has fitted Ceiling Fan and remote control.
Deck has a Natural Gas point for a Grill
Larson Storm Door fitted to Entrance
Garage has wall to wall storage/shelving

Much detail but may get some old information as well as old photos.
Would be great if they could do yearly updates. Note this is true of other sites as well. It was quick and easy report.

This was fast and informative to the point that I can make a better educated decision. Cheap too - worth $1.25 - it would have taken me a few hours to gather this myself.

Good, extensive property data, but your request for a review pops up almost immediately & obscures the screen. Very annoying & takes away from the website.

Quick bullet point info, quickly answering the most asked questions when thinking about purchasing or relocating to a property, or just wondering about your own home.

Put in and address and was found but to get info had to pay. After paying for the info they just couldn't seem to find the address again. Finally put in another address that i wasn't really interested in and lo and behold it appeared. This is a ripoff!

Your information gave just what I needed. Realtors are confusing and do not seem to be working in my best interest. Your site is giving more confidence to fight for the price I feel is fair.

! received a Great 9 page report on the above Property.
The only thing that I question is the Square Feet provided.
The Cook County assessor says the house is 2776 Square Feet.
Your Report says the house has 3000 Square Feet! Who is Right?

Since there is so much Fraud going on, I wanted to know if I was renting from a legitimate company. The report indicated more than what I was expecting.
