Went through the process to get a property value report. Step by step indicators noted report was in process which would give vital information about the property. A screen actually showed download in process. After paying for report I got a message 'my search returned no results'!
TOTAL SCAM! DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!

I was looking to rent a condo. I used this site to confirm identity of owner. Found out the purported owner was a scammer.
Well worth the low price to get the report.

Be aware, all the information revealed on US Realty Records can be obtained FREELY from other free site. I spend $1.25 trying to get some detailed information like Criminal records, before I made payment, there is a line showing criminal records. However, after I made payment and download the report, all that gave me is a fking general information about the property, which can be obtained anywhere!

Fizber uses this company for their FLAT FEE MLS Listings. Needless to say the customer is unaware that USRealty.com has its own agreement which sadly allows them to find a thousand ways to charge the customer additional fees. DO NOT USE USRealty.com! You will hate the day you do!

I needed my neighbor's name, who is a landlord, so I've had no luck in getting their info. This lookup worked! Now I can get that dang fence replaced!

The link on teh website says the report is free - NOT! Why don't you just be honest and tell us ahead of time that it will cost $1.25 to get the results. I hate wasting my time.

Good. For the price of the standard report you can't beat it. However a few more financial numbers as far as local comparisons and estimated current value would be nice.

The information was exactly what I wanted. If you are a one-time user, make sure you check your credit card billing. A monthly subscription seems to be automatically included.
