Yes this company is a no show for me! I have called for help as to why my account was canceled with credits remaining no help there was directed to e-mail which I did. Still no response! What a let down! I thought this company could help to make fast decisions on real estate! Guess its back to public records for me. Today I missed out on a quick sale because I couldn t get a report? Everything was fine, except, The house has new roof, new siding, new gutters and downspouts, new shutters, new lights and trim freshly painted. You need to update the photos as they do not give a realistic impression.

I needed this info to prove I was a prior owner of this address so that I could collect unclaimed funds I found by searching the website www.missingmoney.com. This report provided just the basics but enough to prove I was on record as a previous owner. Should do the trick. The print out did not print what was on the screen which was disappointing.

It was easy to navigate the site. I knew there would be a fee even though it was advertised as no fee! I expected upsales and just took what I needed. I would have like a contact number for the owner but I can start with the name provided.

This site had the home value wrong by 60%. When I signed up for a $1.25 lookup, I found I had been scammed into a $29.95 recurring monthly fee. Using the "Chat" feature i was able to obtain a refund, but I advise avoiding this site.

Overall, the report info. Was accurate except for a few items.

How can I get this information updated correctly?

I was looking for the current owner's name; this was the 1st home we had when we got married in 1965. I will be visiting Farmingdale soon and wanted to send the current owner a note to request a visit to the property... for old times sake. This will probably be my last visit to the area.
