Gave me all the info I needed in one place, it was quick, easy to use, and affordable. I didn't need a monthly subscription, just a one time property search to streamline the info I needed in one place, I was given exactly that.

The photo of the subject property does not show correctly. When I use the Google arrows to find the subject photo, it overlaps with the original first page and the first page does not print out legibly. I would appreciate more assistance with this.

The price was reasonable and the information was at least adequate. It seemed to me that the time it took to get the email with the link to see the information was slower than it might have been. All told a good service.

Needed preliminary info on a piece of property we wanted to buy.
Received EVERYTHING we needed: size of lot, parcel number, current owner, tax assessment, zoning, annual taxes, photo... couldn't be more pleased with this report!

The site charged me for a $19.95 membership plus a. 95 fee when it stated a cost of a report, which was all I wanted and all I believed I was purchasing, was $1.25. I called 10 days after I was charged for a membership, and they refunded me only $9.98.

Looking for enough information to do a desk top appraisal. As a real estate investor, I need enough information to evaluate a good deal before I waste the time to go in the field to visit the property.

I wanted to research public information about my rental home that I am wanting to sell. I found out the info that I needed!

The only thing I'm not sure about is what I was charged for the info. I hope it was just $1.25 for this one time search as I will not be needing this site anymore. If it is the $1.25 I, will recommend the site to others.

I signed up to find out value information on my current home and the one we are purchasing. Got everything I needed and more!
Once I got my information, I called the number and the very sweet lady on the other end was extremely helpful in making sure I wouldn't get any further charges!
This is a great site to get what you need!

I placed my order and received a confirmation very quickly. My order was shipped promptly 2 days after I placed it and I received my order in excellent condition 13 days later. Wonderful. Considering this went through two governments, this is fantastic! I will order again..

More advanced info is available on the site but if all you want is owner and property info the service is unbeatable. If you need more specific info or search numerous properties regularly get the $20 subscription.

This site was quick/easy to access and gave me quite a bit more than expected. I was amazed at the outcome of my search! I was just looking for the Deed information, but got a lot more than expected. No Deed, but a lot of information!

Just needed to look for information on one house. The information received are the same information I could have found online with zilliow. Or what ever. I didn't want to pay more money cause I don't want money to taken out of my account each month.

Was bad no time to evaluate the report iiiiii was cut off and hurried to this, this isn't what I paid for, If this an example of the total service I don't want anything to do with it...
And it says the information below is optional but it has to be filled in?

I got the results I needed very quickly. My only complaint is, when you call the help line you can't get any help. It directs you that your only option is to "visit us on line". You shouldn't have a help line advertised if it isn't available. So, now I need to go back just to get an answer to an easy question.

They deceive you. Tell you the report is $1.25 and then after you put in your credit card info and they put in the info they tell you they are going to charge you $19.95, per month. They had better not charge me that or I will be calling the Better Business Bureau and report them.

I was on your website to lookup so info on taxes that I needed. I was in shock when I saw the picture of what was to be my house. It was not my house at all. My address was correct but that was all. Please correct this info or take it down off website.

I found the info on the property I was looking for, but it showed the property to be in the city limits when it is in the rural area of the city. The property is located 4 1/2 miles east of the closest town, which is Wann, Ok.
Other than that it is ok.
