I was contacted by Melany Green, she helped and explained the processes very well. I am 80 yo and and have served in the' hot seat' I 'thought she did a very good job. She is what I would call a keeper. The service was very fast and surprised me with the amount of unwanted junk comes on the computer.

I called because computer was not communicating with printer wirelessly. Tech Darwin found that my laptop had many problems. I purchased McAfee which did an extensively fix for computer problems and McAfee program was also installed on laptop and for new laptop. It seemed that the printer was in need of more service, but Darwin was able to solve the problem and I am now printing. Happy Customer!

Was pleased and comfortable with the first technician (JC). I had problems understanding the second technician. The third technician was extremely kind but it was 11:30at night. She was very kind and understanding. I think her name was Mia. She had the original technician call me back the next day. He was again helpful.

Charlie saved the day for me. I had a virus in my MacBook Pro that was rapidly spreading even as I made the call to U.S. Global Tech (from McAfee). He had expertise and speed to identify and remove the source of the virus and to install my McAfee Total Protection system -- all in less than hour. He exceeded my requirements, and I would highly recommend him.
