Zyra solved all of my problems in a diplomatic way! She is very patient, special and kind! I enjoyed her helping me. She helped me with all of my issues, and, I had a lot. Including a virus and lost items she retrieved. I recommend her for advancement! Bonus!

I called US Global Tech and they called me back in a timely matter. Dan who was my Tech was very patient and attentive to my needs to correct my computer which was being hacked. He was able to stop the hackers and clean up my computer which I am very grateful. Dan answered all my questions.

My software/virus issues were resolved. Today, thank you to Brian his services was outstanding.
I also had services from Cliff the day before...Both Cliff and Brian have been great and it couldn't be better!
I really like the use of supportme in conjunction with a telephone chat.

Yesterday, Melanie worked with my associate, Jessica, and was able to resolve the entire catastrophes we had inadvertently created. I worked with Dan and he is most helpful and polite. He assisted me with the package and cleaned my computer. Later I was put in contact with him to address the double charge from McAfee for renewal of my subscription. Again he was very helpful.
