Had a problem, and I hope they fixed it this time b/c Fri. It was not fixed right ad I had to reset my computer today and then could not get into it. Everyone has been very kind to me!

My computer was not functioning proper at all and now I am happy with it after Dan and another technician worked on it.

Listened well and responded quickly.

Everyone from Michelle to Zarina to the last tech I spoke with, whose name I stupidly did not get, are fantastic! My total experience is a 5 stars plus. Many thanks...

I'd been having trouble for days with my printer, and when I called HP, they turned me over to you. The staff was very courteous and seemed to know what they were doing. The printer works again! Yes!

Zyra solved all of my problems in a diplomatic way! She is very patient, special and kind! I enjoyed her helping me. She helped me with all of my issues, and, I had a lot. Including a virus and lost items she retrieved. I recommend her for advancement! Bonus!

I called US Global Tech and they called me back in a timely matter. Dan who was my Tech was very patient and attentive to my needs to correct my computer which was being hacked. He was able to stop the hackers and clean up my computer which I am very grateful. Dan answered all my questions.

My software/virus issues were resolved. Today, thank you to Brian his services was outstanding.
I also had services from Cliff the day before...Both Cliff and Brian have been great and it couldn't be better!
I really like the use of supportme in conjunction with a telephone chat.

Yesterday, Melanie worked with my associate, Jessica, and was able to resolve the entire catastrophes we had inadvertently created. My contact, Melanie Green, was prompt, professional an d very cooperative. She solved my little problem immediately.

I worked with Dan and he is most helpful and polite. He assisted me with the package and cleaned my computer. Later I was put in contact with him to address the double charge from McAfee for renewal of my subscription. Again he was very helpful.

The agent (Zarina) did a wonderful job! She worked very hard and I can call for her help anytime! She went out of her way go get my computer fixed! A great job!

I have had to call a few times with problems that the technicians resolved with calm professionalism.

Switched internet providers. She has the patience of Job. She did an extremely professional job.

The woman I spoke to was caring to my needs, went over every thing not only that took me to another department where they too helped me with something else. I highly recommend them.
