Called to have McAfee renewed after accidentally picking up malware. Was offered a virus and malware cleanup from USGT for a hundred dollars which I gladly agreed to. My first couple of interactions with phone answerers and technicians were not optimal, and I was eventually told the malware issue was solved when it patently was not. (Part of the problem was a painfully slow internet connection.) I was eventually given to a technician named Mark who was courteous, friendly, and professional. He reassured me, did his best to give me a working laptop over the holidays, and now that I have improved my internet connection, has finally been able to provide complete service. I appreciate especially his working FROM HOME DURING THE HOLIDAYS to try to get me up and running. Many thanks to him!

Charley was excellent in helping to resolve the issue with connecting my wireless printer to the network. He was patient, professional, and poised in a difficult situation that was presented when my service provider upgraded the router for internet connection.

I am very pleased that he was available when I called; I could not have gotten better service!
